Vacation rentals with a patio in Innsbruck

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment itself is beautiful, the location is perfect to get into nature and into the city and the apartment was also very very clean. We were especially pleased with the good facilities in the kitchen and the terrace overlooking the mountains. Renate is extremely friendly and accommodating and we were able to enjoy our weekend wonderfully. We couldn't have done better - thank you so much!

The property was very good, good locaton, very good view, calm and peaceful. The Host kept the property very clean, easy instructions to enter and vacate the place. We had a good time for the weekend.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

Fantastic base for your adventures around the Tirol region in a quiet area with beautiful views. Very spacious apartment, sunny terrace looking over the mountains for sunset aperitivi. Everything seems somehow newly renovated and also perfectly in keeping with another moment in time, creating a great vibe. Easy parking.

Beautiful, super beautiful, gorgeous. Simply wow! ⭐️ I spent a few wonderful days and my birthday there with my family! Beautiful area, great apartment with everything your heart desires and really clean. Stylishly furnished and the kitchen is superbly equipped to cook there yourself. The beds are super comfortable and even our two teenagers thought the trampoline on the large terrace was super cool. An earlier check-in was also feasible. Thus, we were able to make full use of the 1st day of vacation. We will definitely come back to Kate and look forward to the next time in the beautiful Ötztal. Thanks very much. 🫶🏻

Our stay was perfect, the apartment is great, you overlook the Inn Valley and look forward to being greeted by the cows and the cat every time. The family is super sweet and helpful. If you have a car to get to the mountain, it is a highly recommended accommodation!

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and exquisitely furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was predicted. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the lots of wood. From Großweil you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

Carina, Klaus and her whole family were so welcoming during our time here and we had such a wonderful stay. The facilities were spacious, clean and there was plenty of room for two adults and two children - not to mention the stunning views. A perfect location to enjoy surrounding bike parks and a very easy walk to the regular tram into Innsbruck. Being able to see the organic farm in action was such a great experience for the kids and the delicious bakery next door was an added bonus. Thank you for such a great stay, we hope to be back!

It's a lovely little apartment with everything you need right in the middle of Mieders. The skibus stops 100 m from the apartment. There is a Spar very close with everything you need. Hannes was very friendly and met up arival.

We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has ample space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in nice weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, the communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always got a quick and friendly answer. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted in a super friendly way and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. Rainer was always very quickly available for questions and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, that was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery can be reached on foot. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.

Beautiful apartment to visit this region, it has everything you need and a beautiful design. You can see the care they put into the interior design, all of good quality. Stefan is a very friendly and responsive host, we loved our stay!

We had a great weekend in the very nice accommodation. The connection and arrival was very simple and the communication with Gabi was smooth and also on short-term difficulties (we were locked out) was quick to respond. The apartment is modern and the kitchen offers a good selection of accessories. We will be happy to come back.

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast overlooking the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely comfortable – almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, it was even possible for us to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: “Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?” I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
