Unsere voll ausgestatteten Appartements bieten genügend Platz für die perfekte Erholung in den Tiroler Bergen. Die praktisch eingerichteten Apartments im Dorf.Apart verfügen über eine Küchenzeile, kostenfreies WLAN & Balkon. Für unsere Gäste haben wir ausreichend Parkplätze in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage. The Kitzbühel Alps offer everything you need for your alpine holiday, including the Tyrolean comfort: a hike to the Kitzbüheler Horn, a bike tour through beautiful Tyrol or a visit to idyllic Kitzbühel. After an exhausting day, you can relax in one of the two in-house saunas or you can visit the modern wellness complex of the Panorama Badewelt in St. Johann in Tyrol. The best thing at the end: As a guest of the COOEE alpin Hotel, your entry to the Badewelt is FREE!

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb. We offer a cozy triple room in Kaufbeuren, ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The rooms are located on the ground floor, 1st floor, or 2nd floor. Please note: We cannot guarantee a specific floor, as room allocation is subject to availability. Important note: As much as we love dogs, pets are unfortunately not allowed in this room. Due to several negative experiences in the past, we have introduced this rule.

Keen on art. Fun-loving. And hungry for knowledge. Tante Trude discovered Vienna as a young student and made the magical cultural metropolis – rich in art, culture and history – her own.
