I really enjoyed an extended stay (over a month) at the Coco Sunset Hills property being managed by Tropical Gardens. This staff is the happiest and friendliest ever. The property was all that is was advertised to be. Many different and beautiful pools to swim in on very well landscaped and maintained grounds. The property itself was wonderful (2 floor, 2 bedroom) with all modern conveniences, great A/C, room fans, and weekly cleaning services! I have told my friends about this place and will also be back.

We loved this Airbnb! It was the perfect end for our trip. Would definitely stay here for an entire trip! The beach close by, the terrace, the pools, and gated community were awesome and made our Costa Rica trip better. The host was great when we couldn’t find the office space to check in due to construction, but she came all the way out to the street to help us! Friendly staff!

Thank you Paul for all the support you gave to us in planning our stay in Ocotal/Coco area. We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfy for the two of us and definitely could work great for a family of four.We are big walkers so we made our way to the beaches by foot. Coco was about 30 minute walk, Ocotal was more like a 15 minute walk and playa Gringo was a tenuous hike as i was in crocs but worth the view. Proper hiking sandals needed for that one. We enjoyed "monkey TV" most nights from the balcony. While eating dinners outdoors we watched the howlers up in the trees. Swinging, sitting, howling, climbing etc. What a great setting. Pool area is picturesque~only used it once as we went to the beach. Kitchen well appointed, furniture comfy and the unit was clean. We just had a little trouble finding the place but had help from the security fellow as well as a call to Paul who was awesome to direct the taxi driver Evilio. Thanks ever so much for the great stay!

this is a great place to stay with family or a group. The house is quiet, even with guests in the unit above. The caretaker (not Carole) is fantastic, super helpful and friendly, and always responsive.

The views alone are a good enough reason to stay here, but the entire experience staying here was exceptional! We loved the pool, hammocks, views and the doggies who visited us in the morning. This was the perfect place to kickoff a beautiful trip with some friends

Genesis was super communicative and flexible at both check-in and check-out, cute house ideal for pets, private, and full of peace. The location is superb! About 20-25 min from many fantastic beaches, we had a great time! Thank you to Genesis and Joshua for being attentive to serve us.

The location, very close to a supermarket and gas stations. Tourist places and very comfortable. fully Recommended

I had a fantastic experience staying at Dennis place, The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Dennis was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering helpful tips and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.offering an extra night for my late check in was nice. Such a beautiful, amazing home and view. Eva was very nice Ladie who is meticulous about how you take care the house inside and out! There are cameras everywhere outside so it takes a little gettin use to but there just for safety purposes! If you’re staying for long periods, they do ask that you pay for housekeeping every so often, but was very affordable and cheap if you’re OK with people coming into your house while you’re staying there ! We loved that place and the experience, and had a great time !

Our stay at **Carlos' house** was absolutely perfect. He was incredibly **responsive and helpful**, ensuring we had everything we needed. We even received an **extra cleaning after two days** and **free laundry service**, which was a wonderful bonus. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes from the beach. I would **highly recommend** this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at! I was traveling with my elderly parents and two kids (1 yr and 3yr) . The house was adorable, great art , comfortable sitting areas, the kitchen was well stocked, everyone had plenty of space. My parents stayed upstairs so could escape to quiet from kids! There were toys, books, cribs, high chairs, even floaties for the pool! When traveling with kids this is a huge plus to not have to pack these items! Very quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed hanging on the back deck! We walked to beach and restaurants with both kids and my parents no problem! Plenty of towels , and beach chairs! Very clean and Sebastian was super responsive and accommodating, we can’t wait to come back ! I would give 10 stars !! 🌟🌟🌟

A very nice place with an immemorial location; very close to the best beaches in the area such as Cabuyal, Nacascolo, Virador, etc. Our stay at "Quedare Here" was a 10/10. A very cozy and comfortable place, but what made the experience even more special, was the hospitality of Roberto and Luis. They are excellent hosts, who were always very attentive and very helpful with everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming spot in Sámara Beach! What really stood out to us was the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff — they made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, and we absolutely loved the lush interior garden and the secluded pool — a peaceful little oasis tucked away from the street. The location was also perfect, with plenty of amazing local food spots just a short walk away. Everything about this place contributed to a relaxing and memorable stay. We’re very happy with our choice and would love to come back next time we visit Sámara. Highly recommended!
