Kenneth’s place was a wonderful stay in Tamarindo for 2 of us. Location was perfect, 10-15 min walk to most anything in town. Private and secure. Private pool was awesome and all the amenities were great inside the house. We chose to cook a few times and had everything we needed. Kenneth and Julieth were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Pura vida!

WE WILL BE BACK!!! We landed in Liberia, Costa Rica and Our host had arranged for her son to pick us up at the airport. This was a treat and very convenient when he brought us to Walmart and waited for us to stock up on things needed for our stay. We arrived at the property and we were gifted with pineapples and beverages in a basket . We appreciated the personal touches. The property is gorgeous and is up on one of the mountains. We stayed for almost 3 months and the property was well equipped with all the necessities. The view was wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for better treatment . We are truly blessed to have found such a gem of a space to live and such kind people.

Great stay! Spacious, clean, and perfect for our Dalmatian. The pool and amenities were well-maintained, and the hosts provided excellent service and recommendations. Just a short 6-minute walk to Lagartillo Beach.

This place (the loft) was absolutely beautiful and sits in the most lush beautiful tropical gardens. This is a typical great Studio Saxe tropical modern design. It is central to most things and we walked to everything over the weekend but if you want to explore some of the other beaches there are tuk-tuks you can easily take. Nosara has gone through some major renovations - with brick-paved streets and drainage. At the end of dry season this area of Guanacaste is always much greener than other areas like Tamarindo. The beach is great. The atmosphere is great for a chilled and relaxed weekend (or longer) getaway. The interior design is incredible and there is everything you would need. Plenty of places to sit and relax inside and outside on the oversized terrace that looks out over the tropical gardens.

Lovingly furnished room. Very nice, well-kept and quiet complex overlooking the Pacific. Great pool which has always been cleaned. It makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Very good communication. You feel safe and comfortable. Thank you for the great time.

The place is beautifully decorated. Think about all the details. Wine candles are divided. Everything was clean and the hosts were exceptionally kind.

Very clean and spacious. Newer construction and amenities are new. We had a very comfortable stay. One of the few places that we stayed in Costa Rica and outside of San Jose that the host offered laundry- which is often much needed for beach days. The road has a short period where a 4 by 4 is needed but it’s only like a 1-2 minutes drive, and it looks like in the near future the road will be improved. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we recommend the place.

I met Robert, his wife and grandson day of check-in at his eBike rental company on the main strip in Coco. We took my luggage to the condo a short ride from his business. Robert's grandson Dylan accompanied Robert and I on the ride and they both helped get my luggage into the condo. I found the condo relaxing, clean and very homey. The pool that you can see from the door is clean and well kept. During my stay Robert and his family were instrumental in helping me obtain transportation to the grocery store, cell phone store. Robert and I did take an eBike ride on Coco Beach early morning which was spectacular and fun. I actually took a ride with Robert through the countryside and ate some of the best pizza I have ever had. All in all, no complaints the Internet connection was great.. and I did enjoy learning how to operate a Costa Rican washing machine! Would highly recommend Robert, his family and property.

Very tidy and comfortable. Everything was very easy and I had everything I needed without even realizing it.

We stayed with Ivan for two nights and had a great stay. Ivan was very helpful and helped us with all questions and gave us tips. The bed is very comfortable and there is AC and a fan. The kitchen is not suitable for large cooking, but small things are possible. For a short stay, we would recommend the apartment ☺️

Great stay while we were in Monteverde. We were busy with tours while there, this place was at a good location for that.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beaches (Ocotal Beach), a very comfy bed and a calm & safe area. We hired a scooter and also walked 3 km to Coco sometimes. Rose and Jim are very helpful and we recommend this place!

Matched the photos. By 2 beautiful beaches. Would recommend a vehicle, just easier to get around that way.
