Luxury rentals in Guanacaste Province

The house is beautiful and very intentionally designed. Our stay felt like a luxury experience since the moment we walked in and the house was equipped with all the essentials. Juan Pablo was also very easy to reach and communicate with which made the experience a lot more relaxing and allowed us to fully unwind.

This was perhaps the most beautiful Airbnb that I have ever stayed in. The view was “to die for.” The service was impeccable, housecleaning and breakfasts every morning. Groceries were delivered and at the house upon our arrival. Rinku’s staff was extremely accommodative. The private chef that we requested made fantastic meals!! It was idyllic. The home was superbly appointed! We never felt that we needed to leave the house so we rarely did. This is home is full of good memories! I will definitely return. So relaxing and beautiful. That pool area is perfect. Thank you so very much Rinku and all the staff there. Gorgeous…!

So many good things to say about this place and the concierge. First, the home is even better than the photos and they thought of every detail. The pool is an oasis with the most beautiful sunsets. We believe the absolute best time to visit is early May, but you really can’t go wrong. The concierge made great recommendations for our stay and they coordinated superb excursions for us. In addition, we hired Flamingo Foods (through concierge) and they hit it out of the park. The food, service and kitchen staff were wonderful. We felt very safe, there is a guard at the main security gate 24/7. There are also two more security gates that you go through as you go to the home within the gated community. Surrounding the property there is so much to do in Playa Flamingo. This beach was our favorite. Go get a massage in the beach. Also stop by Coco Loco at the beach for their famous “Coco Loco” drink. Play Flamingo Marina is also a hot spot to check out. Surf box, Santino Norte… Google it. 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Ocaso! Perfect getaway in a stunning house with gorgeous views. Pictures don’t do this place justice. WOW. Pool with that view is unreal. Gym facing those same views we learned was designed by an actual Navy SEAL! We also loved the lounge with a giant TV and games for chill time. All of the guest rooms were so comfortable, elegant, plush, with sweet touches like each of the rooms having a subtle theme specific to Costa Rica. Glennis, the house manager, was fabulous! Between booking private chefs, private yoga classes on the deck overlooking the ocean, in-house massages, private sunset catamaran cruise, and in-house authentic Costa Rican pottery making class, she made sure we had an amazing, easy trip arranged! When we decided to spend an afternoon on the beach (2 minute drive down the hill), the house staff went down before us, set up lounge chairs, snacks, towels, sunscreen, under an umbrella for us! Amazing service and house!

We really enjoyed our 6 day stay at Casa La Reina! The hosts were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and our entire stay. They helped us arrange an excursion, groceries, and meals for the week. When we arrived, we were greeted by the hosts who helped show us the property and all the features. At this time we also paid for all of our groceries for the week, which were stocked in the fridge/pantry. They even had welcome snacks and drinks prepared for us when we arrived! The house is about 15 minutes from downtown Tamarindo on a gravel road. The road is fairly easy to navigate, the last part being a steep hill up to the house. We had a small SUV (Rav4) and had no issues traversing the roads. The house felt very secluded, safe and private. The house was also very well kept and had an amazing view from the deck/pool area! We had a total of 4 people (2 couples) and felt we had plenty of space and privacy while here. We would highly recommend!

We had an amazing trip. The home is beautiful, clean and has all you need. Family friendly and we were sad to leave. Loved all of the staff! They were so helpful, best drinks & food and more than anything so sweet and accommodating to our children! Thank you again and hope to be back soon!

The place is very close to the beach. Just need to drive down the hill. Security is 24 hours and it is gated. The swimming pool and the view are the best things about this listing. With young kids, having a pool was great since there was no downtime between the beach and dinner time. They could splash in the pool while we prepped dinner. You could spend the entire day in the house cause the view is amazing and sunset was the highlight of the evening from the home. There is a laundry machine and dryer in an adjacent building next to the front door. The showering areas were very nice with the rainfall showerheads. Each room had a tv hooked up to WiFi. The maintenance crew was timely. We had two minor issues during our stay. The front door electronic deadbolt malfunctioned and the WiFi went down. However the maintenance team got on it within the hour and fixed both very quickly.

Sakura House was spectacular. And it’s not just because of the beautiful house, it’s also because of Liss (she makes the best margaritas), the “house mom”, who is attentive to your every need, and Erin, the dedicated concierge, who makes everything easy and seamless. The house is in a gated community with a lot of security. It is comfortable and well equipped. It was wonderful to sit in the backyard in the mornings and listen to the different birds. This place is a bird-watcher’s paradise. We went sailing with Panache -arranged by Erin- and watched a beautiful sunset. The fishing trip was not a good experience. But honestly, that was the only bad thing about a great 8 day trip. I strongly recommend this house and management group.

Casa Brewer’s photos don’t do it justice. The property is stunning, Las Catalinas is an amazing tourist town and everything my large group could’ve possibly needed, we had. Extra love to Zulay & Anna our house moms who were extremely helpful during our stay. Can’t wait to return.
