Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Guanacaste Province

We absolutely loved our stay at Alina's amazing property. We felt right at home!! The whole property is even better than the pictures. It had everything we needed and beyond. We took full advantage of the lovely deck, pool and spa. Relaxing, playing games and soaking up the Costa Rican sunshine. Even lovely in the little rain we got. So much lovely nature around. The birding from the deck was awesome. We took advantage of her suggestions as to tours, shopping, adventures and great restaurants. We really hope to return someday. Do not hesitate to secure this Airbnb!! It's sooo worth it!!

This place is even more beautiful than in the pictures! We especially loved the pool which was always the perfect temperature. The decor and architecture was very natural and beautiful, complete with pretty tile work and natural boho decor. There is a nice kitchen with all the utensils you need to prep food and a relaxing living area. The true beauty of this location shines in the outdoor area which features a perfect sized pool, outdoor shower, fire pit and cute seating area. The host Esteban was so welcoming and very communicative. If you are thinking about booking this location, definitely do it! You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

Great time for my family of five staying in both of the tiny houses on Diego's property. The howler monkeys visited us again and my kids enjoyed the hot tub. Playa Potrero is walkable to this private secure location and has everything we need for a simple beach vacation in a undiscovered beach in Costa Rica's dry forest. The location is great for Liberia airport and we were able to visit Tamarindo and Monteverde Cloud Forest in addition to enjoying the quiet Playa Potrero.

If you find yourself in Puntarenas and have a taste for history and true hospitality, Casa Fait is the place to go. The house itself is beautifully and carefully restored to it’s early 20th century splendour, which is completely surreal given today’s reality of the fisherman town. The hosts are beyond welcoming and shared a lot of stories, recommendations, anecdotes and wisdom. It has been a great experience on our journey through Costa Rica.

We absolutely fell in LOVE with the charming town of Monteverde and Jarvey and Flors place was the perfect location to rest our tired bodies!!!!! We loved the adventurous road leading to the house and the quiet peace and tranquility that awaited us! We arrived to find a basket of goodies including fresh pineapple and banana, chips, cold water, fresh local bread, cheese, and jam, and champagne! Jarvey was so kind and responsive and checked in on us personally a couple of times! We exchanged a lovely hug upon departure and I'll be forever grateful for their kindness and hospitality! The house itself is immaculate and cozy and the hot tub and patio couldn't be any more peaceful and beautiful! The views were amazing and the birds and flowers and bumblebees were the perfect addition to the serenity. The wifi may be a bit spotty, but we actually enjoyed that part! We cozied up in fluffy blankets on the couch and totally enjoyed our stay! Thanks again Jarvey and Flor!!!!!

What a special place tucked away in Punta Islita, yet still a part of the larger hotel/resort amenities. Exceeded expectations. Perfect for 2 families joining up for a vacation, who need a kitchen, laundry and pool yet can still figure out some adult private time. Loved the proximity to the beach, pool and bar there. It's a 10 min walk on a walkway covered by trees for most of it- needed in the dry/hot season. It was super helpful to be connected with site manager/concierge, he and Nancy both helped with questions. We did a bunch of activities (saw monkeys with a guide right outside and surfed) and got to relax. Very worth the bumpy ride out. Have your 4x4 and your all set.

We wish we could have stayed longer! This is such a wonderful location with stellar views. Perfect for our family. Best hosts we have ever dealt with. Amazing communication and very helpful with the entire process. You could tell how important it was for them that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Don't miss staying here if in Playa Hermosa.

Words truly can't capture how incredible this property is! We've stayed in many Airbnbs across different locations, but nothing has come close to this experience. The home and grounds are absolutely stunning—but it was the location and our amazing hosts, David and Josie, that made this stay unforgettable. We arrived at the start of rainy season, but it didn’t dampen our stay at all—thoughtful touches like covered walkways and outdoor spaces made it easy to enjoy everything, rain or shine. From the abundant wildlife to the peaceful seclusion, and the wealth of local knowledge they shared, every moment was exceptional! This place is a gem!

Cassie was hands down the best Airbnb host we've had! She was the most thoughtful and nicest host, sharing a wealth of information in the welcome letter prior to our arrival. In the letter, her and her husband thought of everything to include to make it such a welcome and comfortable stay! Their home is so beautiful and we are so thankful for them to share it with us. What stood out was Cassie's quick responses and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay, even before we asked! For example, Cassie knew that we were traveling with our toddler and asked if there was anything else she could provide for our child. She arranged for a highchair to be delivered which was so helpful! She was so accommodating and the best host in the most beautiful home.

We had a great time at Todd’s place! The pictures were beautiful, but I think it was even better in person!! The view was amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunset every night from the patio. Marco was very friendly, and quick to respond. When we come back to Coco we will definitely stay here again. Thanks again!!

Casa Serendipity was pure magic for our family. As a wellness practitioner and mama of two little ones, I’ve stayed in many places—but this was truly a sanctuary. Mariela is the most incredible host—like a 24/7 concierge angel. From airport pick-up, car rental, grocery tips, to curated local gems—she thought of everything. The home is stunning, spacious, and incredibly private, yet perfectly located to easily explore the best beaches, restaurants, and adventures. We woke to birdsong, made meals in the outdoor kitchen, lounged by the pool, and even picked fresh mangoes. It was peaceful, secure, and deeply nourishing. Every detail supported ease and connection. After full days exploring, it felt like coming home to serenity. I would stay here every time—we’re already dreaming of our return. Mariela, thank you for creating this heart-centered haven. Fantastic beach compound. Christelle's house is the very northernmost on Brasilita where its quiet. House is directly across the road (as close as you can get) from the beach. This is a new house with all the conveniences you would expect on a higher end listing. The outdoor is exactly as pictured and makes it easy to eat outdoors and lounge at the pool. Good security with locking gates and an electrical fence on the wall and an alarm system for the house. Just a great spot if you want to get on and off the beach fast and not be surrounded by lots of people yet be very close to some of the best restaurants in Guanacaste.

We had a wonderful time! The place was exactly as pictured, clean and had great views! The activities and pool were only a short walk. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely recommend staying at Stephen’s place!

Remarkable, immaculately designed and kept luxury villa. A little bit off the beaten path. Nearest airport being Liberia (LIR), 2 hrs away and you’ll need a 4x4 to get there. Having said that, this place is absolutely a hidden gem you won’t want to leave in a hurry. Note: it is a remarkably large property and we could easily have fit another family of 5 (alongside us) and not seen each other for days. Hosts were always responsive and communicative and made our stay memorable and easy.

The view of this house was breathtaking. We enjoyed visiting the town of Tamarindo & seeing the sunset. If you are looking for authentic Costa Rican food make sure to visit the Sodas (what all their small restaurants are called). We enjoyed every single one of them & are very reasonably priced. We visited playa Conchal which was my favorite beach & not far but also did the Leona waterfall hike and zip lining which was so much fun & beautiful. After our activities we were able to come home to our fresh and clean airbnb and dip in the pool then end the night with Netflix or a TV series. We didn’t have the swing which would’ve been a nice photo prop, but that’s alright. We hope to come back again but with our family or friends, we love Costa Rica so much. My husband really bonded with John the security & would enjoy their night talks. We loved how he greeted us with a smile. We will miss him. Gracias amigo y saludos. It rained for most of our visit - and that was totally fine with us because we loved Coconut Cottage. It was the perfect size and more for our family of six. Even with the rain we had many activities inside the house that we took full advantage of - the movie theater, pool table, foosball, video games- endless entertainment! It was convenient to walk into town as well as rent a golf cart to drive around town and charge overnight under the carport. We loved having daily visits from the plush surroundings - from monkeys to frogs to iguanas! We hope to be back soon!

This Airbnb was a gem, tucked away in the beautiful mountains. Absolutely stunning, extremely clean, very accommodating, and overall a fantastic experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We would recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in Monteverde. Close enough to town, yet feels like there is no one around for miles. The road to get there was insane, but all of the roads in Costa Rica seem to be that way! 4x4 recommended 100%. Monkey’s made a visit, right on our deck and toucans were flying around. Super cool. Will visit again someday!!!

Elvis was wonderful! He was very helpful and provided a lot of information from the day we booked. While we were there he helped us get a cab to go into town and also was very responsive when a group member left their phone in-the cab. Fortunately, the phone was retuned. I would highly recommend his AirBnB. You won’t be disappointed

This was the perfect oasis we didn’t realize we needed until we were there. The accommodations were lovely & comfortable, but the property was bird-watching heaven for us!! (We also saw cows, wild hogs, steer, skinks/lizards, and friendly neighborhood dogs and cats among other animals). It was awesome!! The bed was comfortable, ac perfect & shower was heavenly! We also enjoyed the hot tub & picnic table several times & they were great amenities. The property was easy to find, clean, well appointed, we felt safe & absolutely loved our stay!! There are several good restaurants/dining options nearby as well. We’d stay again in a heart beat! Thanks for letting us stay, Wendy!!

The place is a little scary to get to. Youre on top of a cliff/ hill. It makes sense given the view. Youre definitely paying for the view. It's breath taking. Jacuzzi never really got hot for me but he did warn me that he had just turned on prior to my arrival. I only stayed 1 night. The roof is a typical metal costa rican roof so when it rained it was loud but it put me right to sleep. I accidentally let critters (butterflies and moths) into the house as the sliding door was left open but there were no bugs prior to that. Bed was comfy and the shower pressure was nice and hot. Would recommended.

Jade Cabin is really nice, the jacuzzi is a plus definitely, you just need to keep in mind that you will have a lot of insects around due to the location of the cabin, we don’t mind, but someone might.

This house is incredible. It’s in a great spot, feels very private and tucked into nature. It was perfectly clean and felt very new. Very good value for money. The driveway is quite steep, so our 2WD with poor power struggled a bit, but most cars would be fine. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

This cabin is so special. Relaxation just takes over your body from the minute you enter the property. The caretaker and his wife are amazing, too. They really look out for you and make sure you have all that you need. Definitely take Louisa up on preparing your meals- the food is delicious 😋

The customer service experience was above and beyond. Everything was amazing and they responded immediately whenever needed. I have not received customer service like this before. The casa was amazing and the waterfalls were breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back!
