Vacation rentals with a home theater in Cocoa Beach

We had stayed in Cheryl's unit before she purchased and renovated it. All I can say is wow! The upgrades are amazing....comfy bed, more functional kitchen, upgraded decor. And all the things we loved about staying at Cocoa Beach Club remain...easy access to the beach, walking distance to Ron Jon and the pier, great parking. I look forward to my next trip to Cocoa Beach and this great condo.

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.

I love Florida

The best airbnb experience I have ever had. The house is beautiful, spotless clean , has a great pool , great location. Has many options for all types of preferences. Whoever wants to see a movie, or go in the pool, or go to the beach, or cook or eat out , or play board games, etc. Everyone had enough space for sleeping. We had a blast. I will definitely reserve in this mansion house in the future. We all loved this great airbnb.

This place was everything we needed and more. The view off the back porch was so much better than the pictures looked. We saw multiple dolphins each day, multiple times of the day and many times they were only 20-30 yards from us. The instructions for everything were very clear. We enjoyed a few movies and a couple games of pool downstairs with our teenager. The ice machine was nice on these hot days. There was also lots of options for dishes, and other supplies for us to use. We didn’t meet the neighbors but my husband went out to take the recycling to the curb and the neighbor had already done it. It’s nice to see neighborly things happening. We enjoyed this house so much.

Easy check in, clean home and room, quiet neighborhood, easy access to food, malls, and entertainment. The beach is an easy 10-15 minute drive and around an hour for a rocket launch. Sonya communicated quickly and Joy was very pleasant and helpful with any questions I had. If I ever find myself in Florida again I wouldn’t hesitate!

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL family vacation at this location. My husband and our three daughters with their wonderful partners and children enjoyed every aspect of this house and what it had to offer. The pool and spa were perfect for our little ones. And we appreciated the security fence which separated the covered deck from the pool. We paid extra to have it heated, and we were glad we did. It was a lovely temperature throughout our stay. The house was very clean and perfect for our big family. The extras (such as games and the theatre room) were so nice and made our time there extra special with the grandkids. They had very nice bath towels, but if you want hand towels, washrags, or dish towels, bring your own. Very limited or none at all. We will definitely be returning in the future. It was a lovely time with our family.

Great, comfortable house with a lot of amenities and attention to detail in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for our short vacation. The host was very pleasant and responsive. The pool looked very nice, but it should be mentioned that the heating is solar powered, so the water temperature depends on the weather. During our stay in January with some cooler days the pool was too chilly to use. The hot tub was very nice though. Overall, we very much recommend this house. We particularly enjoyed the little movie theater and the nice board game selection.

I wanted to let you know how perfect the condo we recently rented was for our needs. While we weren't there for a vacation, but rather to help our father get his house ready to sell, the condo provided a wonderful space for our family, especially the kids. Having our own pool, game room, karaoke, pool table, and movie room was fantastic and gave us plenty of space to relax after long days. Some of our family even had the chance to go to the beach and fishing! It was a truly great and affordable place for our group of 10, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a large rental. We will definitely be back again in the future!

Awesome location in downtown cocoa beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the waves and the wildlife. So many bunnies, cardinals came to visit us and wild turkeys to name a few. The pizza place next door is just amazing! We went to coconuts on the beach for dinner and it was great. They also had live music in some of the restaurants in downtown. We come to cocoa beach often but usually we stay on the north side but we truly enjoyed our stay in downtown. We will be back for sure! Place was very clean and had beach towels, chairs, coolers and sand toys

The location was perfect! You can walk to either Publix or have your feet on the beach in less than 3 minutes each. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. There is zero traffic and zero noise. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen, living room, restroom, beach towels, and bedroom linens! The host, Julia, is amazing! She went out of her way to accommodate me and my family. She was responsive, and checked in to ensure we didn’t need anything. This place was well worth the value and I will for sure consider staying here when in the area again!

Great spot with private access to the beach! All the amenities you need inside and great balcony outside for views of the Atlantic.
