Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Castiadas

This is a lovely property, especially if you are traveling with children. There is emough outside space, a playground is 3 minutes walk away. Everything is super clean, kitchen is well stocked, two bathrooms are a nice to have. Matteo is always very responsive and kind.

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modernly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We particularly liked the loving details in the decor and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The house is well maintained, clean, and equipped with any comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). In 8 we were very comfortable thanks to the large indoor and outdoor spaces. The location is also very convenient, being the country in which it is very well cared for and equipped with all services (supermarket, pharmacy, and some places where you can eat and drink well spending the right amount). Stefano, the owner, was a great person. She helped us resolve a car issue, making herself completely available.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's house! Alessandro gave us many great tips in advance and was always available. We were surprised with Sardinian delicacies upon our arrival. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. We absolutely loved the location, the view and the amenities of the house. The house is an 8-minute walk from the beautiful beach - here too! Alessandro provided us with sun loungers and umbrellas, which is absolutely not a matter of course. Close to shops if you need anything. We had a brief problem with the irrigation system, after briefly contacting Alessandro, gardeners arrived 5 minutes later who fixed the whole thing. We were very satisfied and would come back any time. We can highly recommend the place to everyone! Thanks for the incredibly great time 🌞❤️

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

We had a wonderful stay on the Costa Rei at Francesca's place. We were very pleased to have a few drinks and something to nibble from her💖. Even though we had some bad luck with the weather, we enjoyed the breathtaking view from the balcony every day and were able to linger there even in the rain thanks to the roof. In the sun, I also liked to be in the hammock on the small terrace. Simply fantastic.

The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

We had a great stay. In 10 minutes on beautiful beaches, great garden and pool. Warm welcome...only the additional 125 euros for towels, electricity and tourist fee ( for 5 people ) we found a pity. Even though it may have been recognizable somewhere, it would be more sensible and transparent to indicate at least towels and electricity directly in the total price. Nevertheless, and everything else liked very much and we would come back. A beautiful place to relax with kind hosts.

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. Particularly noteworthy is the breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich. The flat is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. It has good natural light, enough space for daily living, and basic amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at Villasimius! The apartment was located near a lot of wonderful beaches (5min by car), close to supermarkets and in walking distance to the center. It was very clean and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Parking was very easy!

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

A truly perfect accommodation right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation apartment is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May, it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you only need to buy food and drinks if necessary. The only thing that is not 100 percent perfect is the swimming option, because you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes to the beautiful bays. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us, because it's a really fantastic place.

This home is magnificent! It looks just like the photos. You can tell great care went into every square inch of the home. The air conditioner worked great, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the home is quiet and peaceful. Fabio and his son were very kind and met us for check in even though we arrived very late in the evening. We would highly recommend this home for visitors to Cagliari!
