L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Our stay at Matteo’s place was an unforgettable family holiday. The beauty of the Sardinian beaches and landscape are impossible to put into words… it is unlike anywhere we have ever been. Truly magical! The accommodation was perfect for our family of four. It had a beautiful, large outdoor seating area, overlooking a gorgeous, well-kept garden. The house is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The decor is fresh and thoughtful, with a seaside theme. Both Matteo and Ignazia went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. It’s a very quick walk from the property to the most incredible beach. Turquoise water and white sand stretching for miles in both directions, with a backdrop of lush green mountains. There are beach cafes that are perfect for lunch. We found all of Matteo’s recommendations of restaurants and beaches excellent and extremely helpful. Matteo has been a spectacular host and we were so sad to leave this amazing property and beautiful island!

The house is really very nice and the patio with the terrace opens to the sea giving an enchanting view for the show of the different colors of water at various times of the day and the magic of the sunset and the moon! The house both inside and outside, despite the signs of the passage of time, maintains a sought-after charm and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Carlotta, whom we thank again, is a very helpful and affable host who has supported us before and during the holiday to the best of her possibilities. The beauty of the place helped to bear the absence of air conditioning and Carlotta's kindness made us overcome the inconvenience of the very uncomfortable access staircase for luggage and travel: Carlotta personally helped us with our suitcases at check-out and we asked her to highlight in the listing with description and photos the ramps of access stairs. we had two perfect weeks in Costa Rei.. cozy and convenient place to the beach/village/amenities. the terrace is worth the trip. comfortable private parking space. the apartment has all the basic things to feel at home. my only tip, to make it really top of mind in terms of comfort, put a new mattress. we'll definitely be back

A really nice cottage, comfortably furnished. There was everything you needed. The driveway is a bit bumpy, but the landlord can't do anything about that. We would book again immediately, without hesitation. The host was extremely caring and easy to reach. Thank you for the wonderful time in this cottage.
