Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Castiadas

Der Ausblick und der schön angelegte Garten lassen einen direkt im Urlaub ankommen. Man kann sehr gut auf der Hollywood-Schaukel die Aussicht genießen. Wenn man früh genug aufsteht, kann man einen tollen Sonnenaufgang erleben! Wir waren Ende Mai dort und es war sehr ruhig. Das Haus konnte gut gelüftet werden und wir genossen die Fliegengitter! In der Küche mangelte es an nix - Gewürze, Nudeln, Öl, Besteck, Kaffee, Milch, Wasser, Alufolie, Küchenrolle, Strandschirm etc! Das war super klasse und man braucht somit weniger Kram einkaufen. Perfekt wäre nur noch ein Geschirrspüler! Der Kontakt war super und schnell. 20min Fußweg zum Strand stimmt, aber man muss den gesamten Berg wieder hoch ~85 Höhenmeter und das geht z.B. mit kleinem Kind/Buggy oder Fahrrad bei den Temperaturen sehr schwer. Parkplatz super und direkt am Haus, da man zum Einkaufen schon das Auto braucht. Der Eingangsbereich hat viele Stufen und im Haus ist es relativ schmal. Das macht der offene Garten wieder wett.

Belle maison à quelques pas de la plage. Tout le confort nécessaire et un logement spacieux, bien équipé. Facilité pour stationner la voiture devant le portail de la maison. Nous y sommes allés en décembre donc il n'y avait aucun voisin, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et son environnement paisible et bien entretenu.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit strandhuisje. Het weer was prachtig, dus we hebben voornamelijk buiten geleefd. Het overdekte terras, de grote tuin met bbq en de warme buitendouche waren een pré, met name omdat het binnen niet zo groot is. De keuken is heel compleet maar de slaapkamers en badkamer zijn echt krap voor vier grote volwassenen. In alle ruimtes is airco en buiten ook een fan, waardoor het goed uit te houden is in de warmte. En het allermooiste: je loopt van je omheinde tuin door een poortje en trapje zo het strand op! De zee is lang ondiep, maar ook kraakhelder en verrukkelijk! Stefano is een superhost, of het nu gaat om een lekkende airco, te weinig handdoeken of wijnglazen, een kapotte parasol, een weerbarstig slot, Stefano lost het supersnel op! Altijd vriendelijk, beleefd en met een grote glimlach, alleen al voor hem zou je nog een keer terugkomen :)

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, Simon a été très attentif à notre bien être,. Son jardin est remarquable, on sent qu'il l'entretien avec beaucoup de passion. L'environnement nous apporte le dépaysement recherché, les plages sont remarquables et proches. Nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipements très fournis. Nous lui avons fait une demande particulière, et Simon a répondu positivement, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé, un grand merci. Nous recommandons vivement. Annie et Georges.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich :) Es war sehr nett, dass Vanessa und Vittoria es möglich gemacht haben, dass wir, nach der langen Anfahrt, früher ins Haus konnten . Lieben Dank nochmal dafür :) Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet :) und es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wunderbar. Wir haben es genossen, fernab vom Trubel die Abende auf der Terrasse zu verbringen. Durch die die Bäume und die Pflanzen im Garten herrscht ein angenehmes Klima am Haus. Der Ort ist perfekt für Ausflüge :) man kommt mit dem Auto gut an die schönsten Strände! Wir können das Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa jedem empfehlen!!!

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Gianluca è stato stupendo, il check-in molto semplice, l'appartamento era pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno,a due passi ci sono parcheggi e anche i supermercati. Consiglio vivamente il suo appartamento .

Wir haben uns gleich die zuhause gefühlt in dieser wunderschönen, stylischen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche bietet alles was man braucht und auf der großzügigen Terrasse konnten wir die Sonne genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das Frühstück, welches liebevoll zubereitet und reichhaltig ist. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig gelegen in den Bergen und der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, Luca für die angenehme Zeit! :-)

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Enrico! Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten nahezu alles was wir brauchten und haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohl gefühlt. Auch Empfehlungen für Strände, Restaurants, Eisdielen etc. haben uns sehr weitergeholfen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit Enrico. Wir haben schnelle Antworten auf Nachrichten bekommen und er war bei allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft Freunden und Familie weiter.

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir haben immer selber gekocht, da die Restaurants völlig überteuert waren. Zudem konnten wir beim Nachtessen den wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Simonetta hat sich öfters gemeldet und nachgefragt. Wir könneen diese Unterkunft weiterentfehlen.

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Stayed 4 nights, 5 days at this apartment and was very pleased. The location is excellent, it was spotlessly clean, and Viktoriia was extremely helpful and responsive. I didn't realize it was a Murphy bed, but it was still comfortable. I really appreciated having the access to a washing machine for a longer trip. I highly recommend!

Pro: posizione splendida, con doppio affaccio (anche se con casa di fronte) su poetto e molentargius. Completamente ristrutturata. Tutto il necessario presente anche per stare più giorni. Cons: letto un po' piccolo e materasso non comodissimo. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Prezzo alto. In generale, siamo stati benissimo. Daniela sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ritorneremo.

Wow! Just amazing! Perfect location and easy to find. I will stay here again next time I visit Calgliari. In the historic district close to everything. Just an amazing place to be. Food walking tour and under ground tour all within a 5-10 min walk. Perfect place to explore Calgliari. Do not hesitate to book. My compliments to Ricardo!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!
