Vacation rentals with a patio in Castiadas

Everything was absolutely perfect, there was everything we needed and more in the apartment. Federico was very kind and gave us some great tips for restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Renata and Roberto's apartment is very beautiful, close to the sea and very well equipped. The place is very quiet and the garden as well as the exteriors are very nice. Renata and Roberto are very welcoming and available. We had a lovely stay and we'll be back with pleasure. Thank you!

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Fiorenza’s apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Fiorenza was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she gave us so many great tips for trips and things to see in the area, which made our stay even more special. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we would happily come back anytime.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at Casa Masina. The host’s instructions were easy to follow, and the accommodation itself was spotless and quiet. Anna was always quick to respond and very friendly. We would be happy to stay at the property again next time we are in the area and cannot recommend this property highly enough.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Die Wohnung von Edvard war superschön und hat alle 5 Sterne verdient, die Aussicht war grandios, die Einrichtung, neue toll gestalteten Bäder, inklusive Küche, Geschirr und Kaffeeautomat waren perfekt und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Zugang zum Meer ist über eine private Treppe zu erreichen und man kann herrlich im klaren Wasser schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und der Sonnenuntergang ist einfach phantastisch. Herzlichen Dank Edvard ...für diese wunderschöne Unterkunft.

L'appartamento si trova al primo piano, è piccolino ma estremamente funzionale e dotato di tutti i confort necessari a trascorrere un splendida vacanza... Ideale per una famiglia con bambini/ragazzi perché dotato di una camera matrimoniale e una cameretta con letto a castello. Comoda la presenza di 2 bagni completi. Anche la cucina è attrezzata in maniera impeccabile con forno a microonde, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie e un frigorifero grande. Bellissimo e ampio il terrazzo coperto dove c'è un tavolo da pranzo, il forno per la griglia, angolo lavanderia e divanetti... molto comodo ed esposto in posizione ottimale per godersi pranzi e cene. Il giardino è ampio con doccia esterna tavolino e divanetti. Molto bella la piscina ad uso esclusivo, esposta in modo da godere del sole del pomeriggio. Alessia e Paolo sono stati molto cortesi e premurosi fornendoci un sacco di informazioni utilissime per il nostro soggiorno.

Wunderschöne Wohnung. Mit sehr viel Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles da, was man braucht. Idyllische Terrasse mit Schaukel. Mitten im Dorf, tolle Tips von Riccardo. Airbnb wie es sein soll.

Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Nur ein paar Treppen hinunter. Der Strand ist wirklich wunderschön und wenig frequentiert. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist was Besonderes. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und hochwertig und die Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Man kann wunderbar schlafen, das Schlafzimmer ließ sich komplett abdunkeln. Die Bilder geben den Zustand der Wohnung eins zu eins wieder. Was wir aber besonders hervorheben möchten, was Stefano, der Co-Host. Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigt hat und hat sich auch von selbst immer wieder gemeldet, ob irgendetwas fehlt. Er hat uns sogar angeboten unter e-Auto bei sich im Haus privat laden zu lassen und uns dorthin zu fahren. Wir hatten noch nie einen so guten Host in einer Ferienwohnung. Grazie mille Stefano! Es war wirklich sehr schön.

Franca est une personne vraiment attachante et très à l’écoute. L’appartement et le superbe balcon donnant directement sur la mer permettent d’assister à des levées du soleil spectaculaires. Les bougainvilliers en fleurs, les citronniers débordant de fruits mûrs (dès le mois de mai), le chant d’innombrables variétés d’oiseaux, la mer turquoise, la plage de sable fin, l’immense massif rocheux en arrière-plan font de cet appartement un petit bijoux. Bien que situé dans un endroit extrêmement tranquille, tout au bout d’une petite route, le site de Zinnibiri Mannu est à proximité d’excellents restaurants. Le rythme de vie des gens de cette région et leur gentillesse est peut-être ce qui est le plus remarquable et le plus agréable. Il n’est pas surprenant que le village de Tertenia recèle autant de centenaires: les Sardes savent comment apprécier la vie et prennent le temps de la vivre. Il soggiorno a casa di Sonia è stato perfetto, la casa è super spaziosa, rinnovata di recente e con un bello spazio esterno che abbiamo apprezzato sia noi che il nostro cane! Consigliato per una vacanza rilassante in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a spiagge bellissime.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

We were personally very warmly welcomed and there was a very nice welcome package with a cold beer, wine with snacks and lots of fruit. Totally great👍. The apartment is completely furnished and has good amenities, is conveniently located to the center and a number of wonderful beaches. Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

Cozy treasure in walking distance to the city center

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available to us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, large and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both day and night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the surroundings. Thank you for everything!
