Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Castiadas

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

Elena is fantastic, her house is a gem in a great location for visiting the city on foot. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Elena's directions to restaurants and beaches were accurate and all of the highest quality locations. Highly recommended! And if I go back to Cagliari, I'll go back to the beautiful Azuni Suite!

Myself and my partner were very pleased with our stay! Vanda and Ksenia were great with communication from start to finish. The place was exactly what we needed and matched the description/photos exactly. It was in a great location close enough walk to the town for food and drinks etc, but quiet enough in the evenings to wind down. Loved it and would highly recommend! Thanks

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Thanks for a great stay. Comfortable and quiet location with walking access to town. Giulia was very friendly and easy to organise things with. The little efforts like leaving local beers and snacks to have on arrival make everything worth it.

Can’t fault this beautiful accommodation. It has everything you need when on a break. Lovely furnishings; great lighting and a very comfortable bed. Such a great location with lovely restaurants and bars close by and only a few steps away the most wonderful views of the city and the best sunset views. The most helpful and responsive hosts who answer queries promptly, arrange airport pick ups and let us have an early check in which we hugely appreciated. Cannot recommend this accommodation and its hosts highly enough. You won’t be disappointed staying here!!

Marzia’s place was phenomenal! An excellent location to explore Villasimius and surrounding areas. Marzia was an excellent host despite not being physically in Villasimius. Marzia offered a lot of advice on things to do and places to go. The Pizzeria below the AIRBNB offered quick and easy food if you were in a pinch. The balcony was a nice place to have a morning coffee or relax. The electric retractable awnings sheltered you from the sun when on the balcony, a nice touch! We spent our days exploring beaches and did a snorkelling tour one day. Overall will definitely stay here again next time we are in Villasimius!

Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. Our stay was amazing, but what truly stood out was the host. We loved Kate's secret garden so much! So close to the beach, shops, and Cagliari. Very peacefull atmosphere, and a holiday feeling. We could feel the love and care that is put in the Airbnb. It was perfect for our stay with 2 teenagers. And the weather and seawater was still nice in oktober. Thank you so much!

Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

We loved this spot! The jacuzzi overlooking the city was amazing. The place was in a great location. The kitchen was lovely to cook in. We stayed here for a week and made it our home. The rooms get dark and cold which make for great sleeping. The area is quiet, the balcony you can see the ocean from, and it was a 10/10 spot to stay. The hosts are very responsive too! If you have any questions, they write you back almost immediately. Great place to stay, highly recommend it!

Valentina’s appartment was a standout for our time in Cagliari. Beautiful appartment in the centre of the old square. She anticipated every need of the guests including things we didn’t know we needed! Extremely friendly with fast response to communication. Beautiful apartment centrally located and spotlessly clean. Alessandra was a great host, providing little extras (UV beach umbrella, iron, bottle of wine) and helpful communication. Little noisy at night as people walked past but only to be expected in the middle of the capital and nothing continuous. Cant wait to come back again - we loved it!

great place super clean and well set up. good location too

We stayed three nights in this wonderful studio and had an excellent experience. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed: a small kitchen, a comfy bed, a television, and a fully stocked bathroom where we could even do a bit of laundry during our stay. One little thing to add; as we are both over 1.85m tall, the shower was a bit small for us. One of the biggest highlights was the location—set in a calm, peaceful area at the top of the city, yet just a short walk or elevator ride away from the lively center with plenty of great food options. While there’s no dedicated parking at the house, we had no trouble dropping off our luggage first and then finding a spot just outside the Castello. To top it all off, Vincenzo, the host, was incredibly helpful—he gave us clear directions to the closest parking areas and shared lots of useful tips and information about the city. Overall, a very pleasant and practical place to stay—quiet, comfortable, and ideally located!
