This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modernly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We particularly liked the loving details in the decor and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Rafael is warm and wants to share his experiences with the area. That is worth much to us. The property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean and it is so beautiful. We had such good sleep there. It accomodated our needs well. Grazie per tutto. Ci siamo divertiti! Denise & Mark

We had a great stay at Paolo’s accommodation. It is very spacious and clean and the garden is beautiful. The two dogs are very friendly and the cats as well. My son had a dip in the swimming pool which was still quite cold in the beginning of may, but that wouldn’t hold him back. In the garden there are several spots where you can relax. Also the view from the top terras is beautiful. For cooking we also used the BBQ outside. If you want to go out a car is highly recommended as it would be quite a walk to the nearest restaurant or supermarket (would not recommend).

We spent a week with our young family and had the best week. The villa and pool is beautiful with incredible views but also perfectly safe for small children. We would return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

I want to start by saying Dorata and Luigi were easily contactable and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available. They were also very communicative on what events were occurring in the city and surrounding communities. We stayed in the beautiful home for 2 months. It’s rather spacious with a lovely backyard. We are two women in our early twenties and have not once felt uncomfortable or unsafe in the home/ surrounding area. The neighbors/ neighborhood is full of kind, wealthy people. The home is located by a 7 minute walk from the main street where you can also find the nearest bus stop. It leads up mountain which can be increasingly inclined but was manageable. The home is securely gated and is connected to a smaller apartment style home. There was one week where a family of 4 stayed in the adjoining apartment home but there wasn’t a moment where our privacy felt shared.

I usually don't write reviews but Sebastiano's and his wife's house is out of this world! It actually is way better than on photos! House provides complete privacy and also openness for outdoor activities. Architecture of this house is thought thru to the tiniest details and its just pure pleasure to just spend time in the house and pool while the weather hot like hell outside :) Sebastiano was great host! He provides us with great tips for restaurants and sight seeing on this beautiful island and his reactions in case we needed something were instant. I cannot remmed more to visit this heaven island and stay in their awesome villa. Thank you so much for having us ;) we will be back!

We had a fantastic time in this fantastic villa! Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The large pool was one of the highlights – ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The outdoor kitchen, the comfortable beds and the quiet location also made our stay exceptional. The host is very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

We had 4 wonderful days with Patrizia! The accommodation is just perfect for 2 people! Well equipped, super clean! We enjoyed the garden and the shady terrace very much - and were even surprised by the sea view <3 The location is great! Restaurants and beach within a few minutes' walk! And the beach is beautiful! But the highlight is Patrizia! What a great host! Always available, flexible at check-in, provides the best tips and then also makes sure that you are at the right bus stop!

Casa Leccio is a real little piece of heaven! The apartment is clean, spacious, carefully decorated, with all the comforts you need (coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer...). But the real plus is the garden with hammocks and birdsong:-) We had a great 10 days at Isa's in Solanas. We fell in love with Sardinia: its nature, its cuisine, its landscapes, its people… We hope to be back soon!

Mauro's place was just perfect for our stay. Two adults and one child have more than enough space in the house and in the garden. The place is very quiet and two steps from a wonderful beach, which is very kids-friendly. Mauro and his family welcomed us personally and were very flexible on check-in and -out times. Very helpful and welcoming hosts. The house has everything you could need during the holiday. It is very clean and you feel like at home immediately. The garden is very large and the terrace on the roof invites you to observe the stars at night (but think about a mosquito protection because the house is surrounded by nature). You can easily reach any necessary facility, like a supermarket, market or restaurant by car. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

We (my wife, daughter and I) were there for twelve nights and felt very comfortable the whole time. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the local beach in a quiet location. It is very well equipped and has everything you need. The hosts are very courteous and have thought of everything to ensure a smooth stay.

Very nice place. The terrasse is perfect. The host is very friendly and the beach is very convenient for a swim at the end of the day. We really liked it but it’s a bit on the expensive side compare to other places we rented in Sardinia. I guess it is due to the beach proximity .

Newly renovated house in a strategic position to quickly reach the wonderful beach of Cala Sinzias. Both Marco and Valentina who welcomed us were always available and attentive that everything was always perfect, as were Mrs. Nuccia, the landlady who lives in the house next door. Recommended apartment for two families. The patio and the corner of the barbecue perfectly complete the entire stay.

the place was very clean and not far away from the beach. supermarket 5 mins away by car. kitchen has all basic needs. the pool good size. hosts always a text away.

The view!! We absolutely loved staying at Michala’s place. We loved looking at the ocean on the patio while having coffee or eating dinner. The beaches nearby are all gorgeous with clear water & sandy beaches.

we had two perfect weeks in Costa Rei.. cozy and convenient place to the beach/village/amenities. the terrace is worth the trip. comfortable private parking space. the apartment has all the basic things to feel at home. my only tip, to make it really top of mind in terms of comfort, put a new mattress. we'll definitely be back

We had an amazing stay. The garden is just lovely, very spacious, quiet and private. The place was clean and fully-equipped. Everything is within walking distance; grocery store, bakery (keep in mind they close for a few hours in the afternoon), restaurants, beach. Oh and there's a local market on Thu and Sat! There is a strict trash separation policy on the island, which means there are different bins (for plastic, organic waste, etc.), which need to be put outside on different days. But this is not a big deal, as long as you follow the calendar :-) Pierluigi was very kind and responsive. I would recommend everyone to book!

This place was amazing! A 1 minute walk down a private beautiful drive to a gorgeous beach. Mariano was so helpful and friendly too. We were here with two kids (6 and 2) and would love to come back! Highly recommend.

The house is literally 5 minutes from the beach. Very nice view from the deck. Washing machine in the bathroom. Clean and the most necessary things to start with. We forgot the headphones from the property and the owner brought them to the airport!!! We will try to come back this September. Thank you ❤️
