An 18th Century hidden gem, full of character

The Annex is a hidden gem nestled at the bottom of a private lane, surrounded by fields. Attached to the main family home but with its own entrance, the annex is very large with one bedroom, a kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom (located downstairs) and a well room! The house is nearly 300 years old and we’ve kept the decor light and spacious. There is ample room for two people or a small family. We have a large garden with lots of space and would love for you to enjoy it too.

Newly built in 2021- a 2/3 bed house with uninterrupted sea views, walking distance from St Agnes village. The Old Blockyard is ideally placed for access to the beach, St Agnes village and coast path walks. St Agnes is close to many cycle trails and is popular for road + mountain biking. The flat is in a quiet complex perfect for a relaxing break. It has a balcony overlooking the pool and beach, as well as a private decked garden. Well behaved dogs are welcome but please let us know when booking. There is parking for 1 car. 15 mins walk to town. Suitable for 2 adults plus 1 or 2 children.
