Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat to watch the world go by completes this apartment.

Our beautiful, well equipped three bedroom home is within walking distance from all of St Ives' stunning beaches, as well as walkable to Carbis Bays golden beach, Tesco Supermarket and Bus stops.
