Vacation rentals with a patio in Berwick-upon-Tweed

we had an amazing stay. the hosts were brilliant with directions, local things to do. we were staying for a wedding close by. They offered us a lift to save a taxi fare ( not needed but very much appreciated) pointed us in the direction of the river so my wife could go for a wild swim. the dogs are great and came with us whilst we were outside and super friendly. the accommodation was perfect for our needs and we will definitely return for another peaceful stay in Northumberland. we left super early to go collect the kids after the wedding and we were given bacon rolls in lovely cheese bread bun. so nice and got us through the long drive. 10/10 stay thank you so much for hosting us. Johnny was great person very proactive, the flat was easy to reach, one floor down easy access. on the right side one queen green room, the other one after that one red pinck twin bed room, onthe left side master bes room with wc. the main WC is big and full of quality supplies, there is big kitchen and upper living room.

Wow this really is a beautiful place to stay! Great location for exploring the Borders region, and that view of the Abbey from the bedroom window is something else! It was very homely with lovely furniture, an EXTREMELY comfortable bed (and I'm very fussy about my beds), and a lovely shower and well stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend June's place

This apartment exceeded expectations in all areas. Alison is an exceptionally friendly owner providing helpful information regarding attractions, restaurants, and even information to help those of us from the US acclimate to the area. The apartment is in an excellent area to explore both New and Old Town with an area to park a smallish vehicle. The apartment is spacious and met all of our needs and beyond. I would definitely come here again.

Absolutely lovely place. Spacious and well laid out. Quiet neighborhood but still relatively close to Downtown. Well worth the money.

Great location and ample space for the six of us. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Loved the outdoor space. Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Puffin Place is a beautiful place to stay. The location is great - just a few minutes in the car from Bamburgh. The duplex apartment is beautifully and contemporary styled. The views across the bay and out to Lindisfarne Castle / Holy Island are stunning. This place breeds tranquility. The host is very responsive and left a beautiful welcome pack with snacks and info on amenities. I would highly recommend staying here. We loved it.

We had a great few days in Blyth. The house was very clean, comfortable and attractive, with everything we needed and more. The welcome pack of food and drink on arrival was well received - thank you! It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and a good fish and chip restaurant. Plenty do see and do just a short drive away. Communications from Gary were clear and helpful, and he gave lots of local recommendations. Can’t fault anything!

My parents and I had a wonderful stay for the weekend. The house was immaculate, warm and very well presented in a lovely little village that is only a short distance from Holy island, Bamburugh and Alnwick making it an ideal location to explore from. My son loved the steam train from Heatherslaw to Etal which is only a few miles away too. We were all very comfortable and would definitely recommend staying here and will likely return in the future as there is so much to do and we know how good the accommodation is. Thankyou!

Very clean and tidy. Ideal for an overnight in the Borders.

Lovely cottage. Clean and functional. A great location for trips to Scotland and Northern England as it was located right on the boarder. Lovely surroundings with the river tweed literally down the end of the road. We had a lovely box of chocolate biscuits waiting for us , with teapot, cups and saucers, with some milk in a jug in the fridge. Sadly we couldn’t enjoy it on arrival as we didn’t bring any coffee or tea. As we arrived late after 10 hours of travel the shops were closed, so we had to hold out until the morning when we found the local village shop. The garden wasn’t as private as the picture shows, it’s was very open and backed onto a hotel garden where people were in the garden playing and kicking the children’s ball over the low fence into the garden. Once the hedge fully grows it would be a lot more enjoyable to sit in the garden as it’s beautifully presented.

It is a really nice place to stay, lovely private garden and watching the birds on the bird feeder was amazing, I counted over 10 different species! The beds & pillows were excellent and my daughter & I slept really well. Excellent Airbnb

All I can say is fantastic Loved the place from the moment we walked in. The views are spectacular and it’s so peaceful. The property is like a home from home and will definitely be coming back.

What stunning views and such a tranquil location. Loved our stay and hosts were so accommodating when we were a little late and they opened up for our grocery delivery driver! We are a family of four with a dog and loved using the enclosed garden, bbq and fire pit. Beds are comfortable and showers are super. Even the sofa bed is great! Would stay again. Great stay at Mollys Cottage , This place is fantastic and as described on listing. Smooth check in, owner is there to greet you and show you round and give you any information you require, Lovely touches like cake left for you on arrival and compimentry drink in local pub . The whole place is idyllic from the log fire to garden and fantastic hot tub , i would recommend this place to anyone you wont be disapointed ,we will be back as theres plenty to explore in this region and weve found a great base to stay.

It was just fabulous. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!! Absolutely loved it. Close to the city centre but still had a local feel with restaurants and wine bars. Just lovely.

Natalie is awesome, super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed Natalie’s restaurant recommendations, there is a cute area with a pub and wine bar close to the house which served great fish and chips and appetizers at the wine bar. Fantastic stay.

This is a fun place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with fairly reasonable parking options for those who are choosing to rent a car. Definitely take a look at bus routes etc, as we did not find this spot to be walkable to most highlited areas in Edinburgh. The bus was an easy 5 min walk from the space and we found it easy to navigate with Google Maps. Over all the places was very well kept, the host was fabulous. The Art in the home is ALL female paintings, books, posters etc... quirky or creepy you decide. So if you don't mind women staring you down from every window covering, painting, or poster then you'll enjoy your time in this art filled space.

This is a lovely condo in a really beautiful location on the Fife coastal path. We really enjoyed relaxing here after a busy wedding weekend in St Andrews, and we wished we could have stayed more than just one night. Probably the cleanest airbnb I have ever been to. Karen was kind enough to let us check out late. We are already hoping to return!

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

Kornelia’s place is beautiful and peaceful and I would definitely recommend it to others. It is modern, has great amenities, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Kornelia includes lots of little extras like bread, milk, chips and every spice you can think of! It is very handy having a washing machine and a dryer too. It was 100% accurately described and the location was excellent. It was an easy walk into the city but if you prefer, the bus stop is just around the corner. Kornelia was a responsive host and we appreciated her checking in to see if we had arrived safely. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Kornelia’s flat. It is definitely one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at.

An exceptional apartment with an exceptional host. The place is quiet, spacious, super clean, super comfortable. The entire apartment was beautifully decorated and had useful as well as interesting books. The living room/dining room is huge and pleasant to relax in. The kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked with lots of staples. The outdoor garden sitting area is beautiful. We really enjoyed staying here. Pierson is a great communicator and was helpful from our first inquiry all through our visit and checkout. Stockbridge is a perfect area to stay in: walking distance to all attractions in Edinburgh but a village in its own right with great shops and food. Do not miss I. J. Mellis Cheesemongers. They have so many cheeses from local UK and small producers. Their staff is friendly and happy to offer samples and teach. We had a wonderful long afternoon at the nearby Botanic Garden. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return. The location is perfect - with the sea just across the road, very close to the pier/harbour area and a couple of minutes from the end of the high street. North Berwick is a lovely little town, perfect for a short break, and was particularly good for our needs with a wheelchair user / someone with mobility issues. Would highly recommend both North Berwick and this accommodation.
