It’s an ideal stepping off point for visiting many museums and historic sites. This apartment is based on the Royal Mile where tour buses leave on a regular basis as do taxis and local buses. Walking is the name of the game in such a central location! Transport in from the Airport can be by bus or tram and both stops are a 5 minute walk up the hill to the flat.

Worry free if you have heavy luggages to carry. It is right at the heart of the Edinburgh Festival theatres. 15min walk from Edinburgh Waverley station and 10 min walk to the Royal Mile. Surrounded by lots of local restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets, and right in the heart of all Festivals as well!

Bright & cosy with big kitchen, bathroom & wc. Double bedroom has a king size bed. Living room also has a comfortable sofa bed.

Please note that the flat is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The flat is 45 square metres, but has everything you need!
