ChristinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our stay lived up to high expectations. Ainslie went over and above with decorations for my boyfriend’s birthday; welcome notes; homemade cake; fizz and ice in the fridge. She was warm and welcoming, and we felt completely relaxed. So grateful for such a lovely stay in a beautiful area. We will definitely be back! Thank you Ainslie 🥰🤩🥳

The Arches

AngelaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Arches was a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable space which allowed us to really relax and switch off. We particularly liked the hot tub and, due to the amazing weather while we were there, we even got to sit in the private courtyard and eat breakfast outdoors. The property has everything you could need. Good kitchen and comfy sofa in the living room. The bed is very comfortable and huge! Fab shower and bath set up. We enjoyed a walk up the hill where the views were stunning. Would recommend this walk. We went into Cupar for lunch one day and ate in the Boudingait which was very tasty food. Would recommend. We would definitely return to The Arches. We’ve been to a lot of AirBnB properties and this is up there with the best we’ve been to. Thank you!

Fabulous! We had 6 days at the Old Piggery and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hosts are brilliant and the accommodation equally brilliant too. Peaceful location, well kept gardens, lovely hot tub and there was everything we needed at the accommodation. The hosts also left us some lovely surprises/treats too. Very thoughtful! We enjoyed it so much we didn't want to come home and we will be back again in future. Thank you Sue and Phil!

Weaver’s Cottage beach getaway

RoseRating, 5 stars2 days ago
I'm not normally one to stay inside when on holiday, but this was just too lovely a place not to! So comfortable, relaxing and peaceful with the only sound being the waves gently crashing against the shore. I read, I knitted and got a lot of work done on the laptop. I wish my budget would let me stay longer! The place is so well thought out and the furniture and decor is so beautifully curated. I need to come back! Thanks Caron

We had a wonderful stay! Sarah added lovely touches like fresh flowers and delicious shortbread, which made us feel so welcome. The big garden was perfect for our dog, who absolutely loved exploring. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, we enjoyed watching the local wildlife and farm animals. A truly peaceful and charming getaway — we can’t wait to come back! A slight problem with the hot water and Sarah was great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

We had a truly wonderful stay in Natalie’s enchanting flat. It’s so private and peaceful, well designed and thoughtful. Right in the heart of Crail, a charming little sea-side town full of character! Natalie was so kind to us and our 18 months son. If we’re ever back in Crail we will definitely be staying in this very special place again.

From the initial contact, through the booking process & the stay itself, we would rate The Den as a 5* choice. Amanda was helpful, friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. Modern Farm Cottage

RosemaryRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The quality of everything in the cottage was extremely high. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuite and bathroom were very convenient for my adult daughter and myself. The cottage is very spacious. The milk and chocolate shortcake left for us were appreciated. The keysafe worked well, but we weren't sure at first whether our accommodation was the cottage or the house or where to park. Once we realised, all went smoothly. The location on the southern edge of Tweedmouth was handy for reaching Berwick, Seahouses and the Chain Bridge, the places we chose to visit. The area is extremely interesting and I recommend booking this accommodation.

Bread Oven Cottage - a cosy slice of history

RosalindRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The Bread oven was very comfortable, well equipped and furnished particularly if you want to cook your own meals. The china, cutlery and utensils were all of a much better quality than most Airbnbs .We enjoyed being to sit in an attractive garden. The home made bread, shortbread biscuits, fruit juice, butter, milk and jam were much appreciated and Andy and Sue were helpful and friendly hosts. It was also very useful to be able to charge our EV car on site. We were sent a comprehensive log book before we arrived with gave a lot of useful and helpful information about the cottage and the area. There was plenty of storage space both for clothes and food. We hope to return to explore more of the area than 3 days allowed.

Berryhill Cottage; a snug stone retreat in nature

LukeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage, and felt welcome from the moment we made our booking. Rupert was a faultless host: helpful, attentive, and friendly, offering all the information we would need to find and enter the cottage, as well as local recommendations. The cottage itself was very well presented, totally clean, and comfortable - we soon felt right at home! We particularly enjoyed watching the birds at the feeders and the wood stove, for which a generous amount of kindling/firewood was provided. There was also a list of extras which could be purchased at a reasonable price, including jams, eggs, and a fresh loaf of bread (which we heartily recommend!) The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were also both immaculate, though taller guests will need to watch their head on the sloped ceilings! If you’re looking for a place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay, this place is for you! We will definitely stay again and cannot recommend enough.

Lovely place to stay. Absolutely loved the view from the conservatory and the garden was gorgeous. The kitchen is clearly a cooks kitchen - very well equipped! Location is great. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but we were only 10-15 minutes from anything we needed. About 12 minutes from Eskbank Station and then a 20 minute train ride from Waverley.

Harrow Bank Cottage; Wheelchair & Family Friendly

A great stay in a cosy, comfortable, modern and clean cottage. Walkable to the town, an Asda 5mins away too and good local taxi services. Week even managed to walk down to Spittal beach and spend time there given the amazing Spring weather. Berwick is peaceful and beautiful with such good rail connections no car was needed for our short stay either.
