Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Der Aussenbereich ist mit einer gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheit und Outdoor Ofen ausgestattet. In mitten einer grosszügigen Wiesenlandschaft umgeben von Wald mit Aussicht auf die Berge. Unser Paradies lädt zum erholen ein. Das Gästezimmer und Badezimmer wie auch die Stube (wo sich ein kleiner Kühlschrank, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher hat),befinden sich im Dachgeschoss mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Walensee und die Churfirsten. WEITERE WICHTIGE HINWEISE Unsere Katze wohnt auch im Dachgeschoss die das Badezimmer und die Stube mitbenützt. Es hat ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus und einen Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle. "Casa del campo" a Semione - 250 mq con sauna

Casa storica del 1669, ristrutturata nel 1977 e rinnovata nel 2017. È ubicata nella parte bassa di Semione, a diretto contatto con la campagna. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo rurale circondato da campi, frutteti e vigne distante 300 metri dal fiume. È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna. I due appartamenti sono collegati da una scala interna che permette di disporre di tutta la casa.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Malix gehört zur Gemeinde Churwalden. Die Region ist als Ski, Fahrrad, Wander-Region sehr bekannt. Auch sonst bietet die Region alles erdenkliche an Sport und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Hauptstadt von Graubünden ist Chur, diese Stadt hat auch kulturell sehr viel zu bieten.
