The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

A view of the Valchiavenna mountains, with large lawns for garden use. Cycling within a few meters, numerous excursion options, 10 minutes from Chiavenna, 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna ski area.
