The apartment is located 1750 m above sea level. Very easily accessible by train via Chur (1 hour) (5-minute walk from the train station). Approx. 3-minute walk to the Obersee and the Untersee (swimming lake with a beautiful wooden bathing area). Everything is electronic, including the toilet. Parking space at the house may be available on request. There is also a public parking lot and a parking garage nearby.

Maladers is the sunniest village in Grisons… Discover the Hochwang ski resort, which is 20 minutes away from the house, and enjoy the winter landscape there without stress. By the way, it is the perfect local mountain for ski tours for experienced as well as beginners. Hochwang is also a hotspot for snowkiting. In 30 minutes, you can be in the Arosa ski resort or in the Lenzerheide ski resort, which are connected with 225 km of slopes! Mountain summer: hiking and biking. Exclusive historic chalet "Stöckli" in Arosa

The extremely charming historic Chalet Stöckli was century and was converted into a residential building in the 1940s. A long family tradition left its unmistakable traces. Despite this long history, the house has modern comforts with TV/Internet. Parking in a nearby parking garage is included. There are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms and an additional folding mattress (160 × 200) for the children on request.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

At 1100 meters above sea level directly on the Arosa-Litzirüti hiking and sledding trail, in the middle of a forest clearing surrounded by pine forest, mountains and sky, is the apartment "in da Brünst." Formerly a rustic pub, today a vacation home in Chaletchic: inviting, cozy, warm. A place to stay and relax.
