Stylish and quiet as well as very cozy studio apartment in a central location with a view. 4 min. walk to the valley station and the village square in the center. The apartment is 1750 meters above sea level Very easily accessible by train via Chur (1 hour) (5-minute walk from the train station). It is about a 3-minute walk to Obersee and Untersee (lake with beautiful wooden bathing area). Parking space available at the house on request. There is also a public parking lot and a parking garage nearby.

The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Small but nice, has everything you need. Kitchen perfectly equipped for the size, even fondue Gagglon & accessories, as well as everything you need for raclette. We took advantage of it, of course :) Bed super comfortable. Good location, unfortunately quite a climb necessary to the bus station, a bit tedious with skis, but thanks to the stairs it is quite possible even in snow. Check-in & out completely uncomplicated, parking also worked great with the card provided.

The entryway features a wooden bench with a cowhide throw, a coat rack, and a small cabinet. A simple blue mat lies on the wooden floor, complementing the natural wood tones of the wall and door.
