Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Agder

We spent 9 days at Lene's house, and we loved it very much. Even though the weather was mostly rainy and overcast, we enjoyed the spectacular view from the house. Nature around is stunning, going for a drive gives you a surprise at every turn of the road, there so many beautiful fjords. We were concerned about the street right next to the house, but the traffic is moderate and it didn't disturb us at all. The house is meticulously clean, and it looks the way you expect after seeing the images. Lene is very responsive and friendly, when we had a question about heating and using the stove, she came immediately out to show us how it works, and she gave us some helpful information about the area. All in all it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely like to come again, maybe in spring when there is a better chance to have some sun.

We had a perfect stay. The house was so wonderful and the nature surrounding it .. amazing! Find yourself, get lost in the quiet and lonely mountains … we didn’t want to leave.

We spent a cozy pentecost weekend at the Skiperhuset. We loved the authentic character of the house. Baking bread and pizzas in the bakery oven was a fantastic experience. Our kids are still talking about the place (and the nearby Sørlandsbadet). We highly recommend it!

The house was very accommodating and met our expectations. The surroundings were very beautiful, and we could start out from there and enjoy beautiful nature walks along the coastline. It was only a short drive to Arendal where we could experience good dining and more nice views.

Sweet little apartment with great views from the terrace. Everything was clean and the bathroom is very nice and new. There is also a huge TV with the possibility to stream movies and series. We felt comfortable and found it perfect for one night to continue our journey by ferry.

We had a really good stay at Karin and René's coziest cabin in Øvre Ramse. The most relaxing cabin, overlooking the most beautiful lake and in beautiful nature far from city life. The impressive mountain and the waterfall that you could hear at the house is so beautiful. There are beautiful and good hiking routes close by or a little drive from the cabin, we had a 3 year old on a trip. Their Youtube videos are easy to follow.

I stayed for two months in a beautiful surrounding environment. There was a beach where you could refresh right near the accommodation, and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet, so it was good for a comfortable rest. It was a season when the weather was cold and it rained a lot, so it was a shame that I couldn't enjoy the outside environment freely, and because of that, it's a place I want to go again in a season when the weather is good. However, it was a shame that the ceiling of the house was a little low.

We enjoyed our time here! Brit is a welcoming and caring host, communication was very smooth. The accommodation is very well-equipped, furnished and carefully decorated. Sand is a peaceful area and the view from the terrace is amazing. We strongly recommend! Aymeric & Emilie

A great place to stay - the best we had on our round trip! The apartment is optimally cut, everything is available, top clean and the hostess is very friendly. Our full recommendation!

We were lucky enough to spend three nights in the accommodation. Everything looks very lovingly and lovingly furnished. Simply a dream. There was nothing missing. There are various seating areas on the beautiful terrace. The water is in walking distance. Beautiful sandy beaches are a few minutes' drive away. We felt completely comfortable. Warmest recommendation for this home.

Practical and cozy apartment with amazing views. Strict and modern. A little smaller than we thought, but great to have as a base for our stay in Southern Norway.

Very friendly and kind host - made it very easy to check in/out. The place is amazing, has everything u need. Perfect location as well, pretty much walkable distance to everywhere in the city.

We rarely found such a clean apartment. And also super equipped, chicly furnished and with a great cozy terrace. The location is also great to explore the coastal region around Lillesand and Kristiansand or if you want to use the ferry. Everything was just right 😃👍

Rodrigo was an excellent host and his place is absolutely amazing! It’s tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood, it’s really updated, comfortable, and a nice retreat when away from home! He had all the amenities and was very communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
