This unique apartment from 1834 is located in the heart of Flekkefjord. Here, the artisan bakery is located on the ground floor, and the city with restaurants, shops, city beaches, and mountains is all around you, so you can almost touch them. The apartment has uneven floors, and history is thick here. The apartment does not have a fully equipped kitchen. But you can keep the champagne on ice and boil eggs for breakfast. A perfect starting point for enjoying city life, walking on the beach, or going on excursions. The bathroom is brand new.

It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs.
