It is an end apartment on 1 floor and contains an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with double beds provide sleeping space for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

The apartment is nicely located in nature. There is a brochure in the apartment with a map of great maintained trails for mountain hikes in the local area. The apartment is located by a river with good swimming and fishing opportunities. It is a good place for couples, solo travelers, families (with children), and large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand, the summer town of Lillesand and 15 min to cross-country ski trails with several lengths during the ski season. The apartment is suitable for both summer and winter vacations.

Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. Suitable distance for a stop between Trolltunge and Prekestolen. The apartment is best suited for 2 or 3 people, but has enough space for four for a short stay.
