Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Høvåg/Blindleia near the Zoo

Swimming and fishing places, hiking areas etc. are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is located 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs.
