Quiet place in a cul-de-sac. Sun from 7 am to 10:15 pm! There is plenty of space for two families. 10 min drive from the zoo and city center. 5 min walk to Tømmerstø Brygge with restaurant, self-service shop, ice bar and boat rental. It is 2 km to the large Coop Mega store. There are many nice playgrounds in the area, and a football field and ball pit 2 min walk away. The house has 4 bedrooms and an attic room with sofa bed and a double mattress available. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry room with shower, WC with sink and toilet.

Pleasant rural house, 15 min from the zoo, cat

Here you live in a small vegetable production garden at the edge of the forest, close to swimming areas in the river, lake and forest lake. 15 min from Kristiansand Zoo and shopping center, 20 minutes from Kristiansand city center. 5 minutes to a local store with fresh bread every day - also on Sunday! Relax here with the whole family, and the cat Jens will take care of you. Jens and I take care of the garden and greenhouse on a daily basis. I live in the workshop on the property and you are welcome to come up to the attic to see what I make!

The loft has two bedrooms; the innermost has an entrance through the outermost bedroom. The first floor has a continuous living room and dining room. These rooms have a fireplace and hearth. In addition, there is a bedroom, bathroom and hallway. Right by the house there is a 24 m2 greenhouse with seating area.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.
