Beds for 10 + 2 people if the sleeping loft is used. Sunny, large terrace with "several areas" well shielded from view BUT not from the view. The zoo and Kristiansand are about 15 minutes away by car. Tømmerstø pier with a grocery store and restaurant, and Sørland's best ice cream parlor is a close and pleasant neighbor.

The house is located on Helgøya in the beautiful outer harbor of Ny Hellesund, an archipelago between Kristiansand and Mandal, a short boat ride from the mainland. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, swim from the dock, go kayaking and feel the waves that come all the way from Denmark, or take a walk on one of the many lovely hiking trails. Here, it is possible to both gather family and friends and to retreat and enjoy the tranquility. The sun sets around 11:00 p.m., so it's nice to take an evening swim from the dock before it gets dark.

Sauda is 2,5 hours to Trolltunga and Prekestolen. I live 2 min from the center by car. I have room for rent in my house where i also live . You can use the kithchen to prepare meal , and i will serve breakfast at the time you wish on the 1 floor.Terrace you can also use. You can use washing and drying mashine for 100kr both.(5 Euro each).There is a cat and dog in the house.Its Inna or her sister Ilona host of the house.
