Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Modern functional house in Viga, Spind for rent. The house was built in 2018 and is to a high standard. On the 1st floor you will find a hallway, laundry room, bathroom, TV room with a sofa bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room. On the 2nd floor, there is a large kitchen and living room with a dining area and TV area, as well as a master bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom. Large terrace with several seating areas, jacuzzi, fire pit and great views. Ideal for families or friends who want a comfortable stay near the sea and nature.

Here you live in a peaceful neighborhood in Søm. 12 min by car to the Zoo and 10 min to the city center. Access to electric car charger. Private outdoor area with hot tub. Kiwi, pharmacy and beach are within walking distance. Rain? No problem! 3 x Apple TV, PS5, PS4, beads, lots of toys and games solve it. Water spreader, small children's pool and trampoline ready for use on hot days. 4 bedrooms for 8 people. Possibility to set up 2 extra beds on 1 floor. Coffee and ice cream machine gives an extra touch of luxury. Welcome to us!

Very special and completed log house in Setesdal style. The house has shoreline towards Otra and spectacular views of Reiårsfossen waterfall which is close by. Make a good dinner in the large kitchen in the house or see if the kids dare to swim in the slightly cold river. Take the car up or down Setesdalen and visit various action attractions or experience the view and silence up the hill. In the evening you can enjoy birds singing and sleep in built-in, rose-painted beds. Note: We usually arrange free/flexible check-in and checkout!

Tonstadbadet is 5 min away. Lots of great hiking opportunities in the area. The house has great views of Tonstad, with comfort, privacy and proximity to everything you need - whether you are on a weekend trip, vacation or business trip Bed linen and towels can be ordered in addition.
