The cabin is completely private with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature constant throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. The ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on your skis at the cabin and go to the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with a private jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The cabin is only 8 km from Bø Sommerland and 20 km from Lifjell Winterland. Very 5 km from the cabin you will find Grønkjær ski resort with great cross country skiing trails. The location in the middle between Bø and Notodden provides opportunities for trade and restaurants In the summertime it is possible to rent the canoe ( on sharing with my second cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- a day.

The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. Ski slopes at the cabin door, which are connected to the trail network in summer and winter at Bortelid. Nice hiking trails and great opportunities for mountain biking. Ski resort at Bortelid. Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for a home office. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located by itself on the lower level, towards the water. Great holiday spot 12 months a year!

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a toll booth at both ends. 100 m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. You don't need a fishing license.

Idyllic spot on inland water

Developed/renovated cottage in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. Must row over a small water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish trout in the water or be lucky to see the osprey soaring over the water. Are eagle's nest in the area. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping areas have windows so you can see out in nature when you are in bed. Warranty for relaxation! We are thinking about renting to housekeepers a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

In this quiet accommodation you can enjoy a view of the fjord from the living room, terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. Det er kun 5 min. ned til sjøen. Til Sauda er det kun 15 min. med bil. Here you will find most things, including swimming pools. Lots of opportunities for great mountain hiking and other nature experiences all year round. Svandalen Ski Center is 15 min away by car. The cabin is rented out to guests who respect that they live in our private cabin and are NOT rented out for parties and private events.

Newer cabin with a great view and nice hiking opportunities

Eel hut constructed in 2017 in Øygarden hut field. There is a small hut area with good distance between the huts and you have great hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch on the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in the kitchen cabinets and there may be items in the refrigerator with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Spend your day hiking, playing, cycling or canoeing. If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away. Liten hyttevogn med vedovn ved siden av en liten elv/bekk. Naturskjønt beliggenhet. Vogn har solcellepanel til lys og vedovn til oppvarming. Bålplass utenfor. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Robåt til gratis lån. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat ute-kjøkken. Hund tillatt
