~Stylish apartment close to the Danube river~

This is a very light big apartment, located on the sunny side of the building, (3rd floor without elevator) and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 15 min away from city center (Stephansplatz), using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Hofer)

Glamping = GLamorous Camping, the new trend: back to nature and simplicity, yet comfortable. Peace, seclusion, freedom, lake, grilling, fishing, reading, boating, surfing, sailing, cycling, wine, bush taverns, Burgenland, pile building. The big red electric boat has two big batteries and a strong 800 watt engine. It is a classic Fronius boat, which would usually cost 70 EUR/day rental at the harbor. The boat is included in the nightly price.

Very lovely and beautiful place, I recommend it!

The place is really nice, clean, modern and has really great vibe. And the surrounding nature was amazing as well. There were few smaller caveats here and there, for example the advertised grill wasn't really present (at least by our unit, I guess it is shared or something), the kitchen wasn't fully stocked with all the advertised supplies (like oil) but there was no problem to overcome these small hiccups and overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place. Oh and be aware of the 300 euro (refundable) deposit.

A wooden deck offers a comfortable seating area with two chairs and a small table, providing a clear view of rolling hills and a serene landscape. Large glass doors open to the outdoor space, inviting natural light inside.

Perfect place to come down and relax. Amazing views to the lake and the mountains. Parking right next to the house. The lake is great for swimming and is also only accessible to guests of the property. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to bathe here. As an alternative, there is a great large meadow with stream access to refresh the dogs. In principle, everything is available in the house, but sometimes only in limited quantities (cutlery, glasses, etc.). A few small things were missing, such as paper towels, dishwasher tablets or a kitchen cloth.

We are quite enchanted by this beautiful and natural accommodation. Highly recommended and a totally relaxing place. Morning sun on the terrace in the middle of the reeds was the highlight.

Two charming wooden huts are situated among tall reeds, with thatched roofs and blue accents. A sunset casts a warm glow in the background, enhancing the natural surroundings. A wooden walkway leads up to the huts, providing easy access to this unique waterfront setting.

We had an incredibly relaxing time, no one around, just the nature. Markus is a very kind and extremely responsive host, always been great communicating with him. I can highly recommend the cottage, for its very special location, spotless conditions and amenities. Thank you Markus we will be back soon !

Very nice small 1 room apartment where you could also cope longer than 1 week. Everything you need is there. Will be happy to check back in the apartment when the next windsurfing vacation is coming up ;)
