We are located a few kilometers from the Vienna city limits, 15 km from the Vienna city center and a few meters from the border to the Babenberger town of Mödling, very romantic and hidden on a green island surrounded by the Mödlingbach. After the impressions, experiences and exertions of the day, you can enjoy and relax the tranquility and biodiversity of the nature of the garden with us in the countryside. And YES, we also live here. The house has 2 floors, each floor 130 m², so enough space for everyone :)

Es ist eine ideale Art eine Stadt zu besuchen - ein Haus völlig im Grünen und doch in der Stadt. Gute Laufstrecken in der Nähe, die direkt vor dem Haus beginnen.
