Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

A modern kitchen with white subway tile walls features a central island with two wooden stools. A small vase of flowers sits atop the island, and a colorful artwork hangs on the wall. Appliances and cabinetry are neatly integrated into the space.
