Dear guest! The new and modernly furnished apartment was rebuilt in 2015. With the location of the apartment, the sights of Vienna can be explored optimally. The main train station and the Reumannplatz underground station (U1) can be reached in a few minutes by tram lines 6 or 0. Max. height of the garage 1,95 meter! A small kitchen with the most important utensils is also at your disposal. A high speed WiFi, a Smart TV + Fire TV Stick and Bluetooth mini speakers complete the offer :))

Cosy and spacious city apartment with balcony

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

This apartment is a spoil, as it is my private apartment and I only rent it out when I go overseas for a longer period. So you will feel at home. Please feel free to use kitchen supplies, dish washer, washing mashine plus washing powder, etc. I provide cable TV w. all english Newsshows, RAI (Italian), and french TV plus high speed internet WIFI.

The apartment has a living-room & bedroom, 40sqm, and is within short walking distance to all attractions and is meters away from the metro line U3 and public transport. Check-in time 15:00-20:00 (3-8pm), late check-in possible if I know it well in advance.
