Cozy cabin to relax! The hut has 45 m² of living space, a terrace, 1000 m² garden, campfire pit, etc. Hiking trail, mountain bike trail runs right past the cabin! The nearest hut on the mountain is about 35 minutes away on foot. St. Gotthard 800 m with inn The town of Texing is about 3 km away with a bakery, gas station, Adeg market, cafe, inn, pizzeria, etc. There are a few bee colonies on the property of my beekeeping K(r)asser Bio Honig, which also gives you the opportunity to watch them at work!

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

Living "in the middle of the field"
Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The Szilágyi estate is the last remaining part of the Zwerbach castle complex and has now been completed after 3 years of renovation. Now the manor serves as a peaceful and feel-good oasis for lovers, couples, friends and families. The 45 sqm apartment in the stylish "shabby chic" style is very cozy and furnished with attention to detail. Other areas such as the courtyard with weeping willow and swing or the castle garden with terrace for barbecues invite you to linger.

Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.
