Loft vacation rentals in Wien-Umgebung District

The apartment was located near the Schönbrunn Palace which we visited. It was cosy and exactly what we were looking for.

Super central location in Vienna. Everything as in the photos. Of course, it is a little smaller but a wonderful accommodation, especially due to the central location and the thoughtful furnishings. Andre was always available and very friendly. Would book again.

If Vienna, then at Christiana, Marius and team. We already stayed in another accommodation in January and were more than satisfied here as well. Very quiet location and yet in the middle of the 7th district. Great bars and restaurants nearby (Kikko Ba, Bar Louu, Schwein, Paninoteca...). The apartment is really nice and has a lot of space. We didn't notice anything from the neighbors or from the street. We look forward to the next time and thank you for the nice communication in advance and on site. All the best!

I stayed in the apartment for about 10 days in May. Everything was perfect, the apartment is nice and functional, very close to the center of the village and you can get anywhere on foot. During the stay there were extremely hot days and some very cold, despite this the apartment always remained at an optimal temperature. The detail of the view of the storks' nest was a plus that made me wake up with a smile every morning. Highly recommended!

Communication with Andre was really excellent- the information was full, accurate and very helpful, including excellent directions for arrival. Andre responded very quickly and was very attentive with messages. The flat is perfectly situated for access to the central shopping area and all local attractions via the very convenient transport. The stay with Agnes is super nice, familiar, friendly, clean and very relaxed, anytime again, very good hosts, you don't feel strange. A lot of PRAISE.

There were four of us in the accommodation for four nights and for us it was just perfect! It was excellently connected to public transport for our sightseeing trips across the city, with various shops for everyday needs around it. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and very tastefully (incl. gymnastic rings!) and we felt incredibly comfortable! It took some getting used to at the beginning that there is no door or curtain to the shower, but the entrance is located in such a way that, if you agree beforehand, you cannot pass by it during other activities in the apartment. Ada was always available to us and we liked it so much that we would come back anytime :)

We stayed at Christoph and Anik’s apartment for two months and loved it. The space is cozy, well-equipped, and great for longer stays. We both worked remotely, and the internet was generally reliable, with only minor interruptions. The apartment is in the attic of their home, but we had plenty of privacy. The bathroom is a bit quirky — no door, just a curtain, and a sloped ceiling — but we got used to it quickly. A lovely bonus: Christoph and Anik are musicians, and hearing their gentle music now and then made the stay even more special. Overall, a wonderful experience. The apartment felt like home, and we’d gladly return!

Apt is very nice and clean, Alexander is responsive and help at any time very quickly with any question. the location is a bit far from city center in my opinion, we were with 3 kids and had to take train in order to visit main attraction (which is ok).

My friends and I had a very comfortable stay. The rooftop was wonderful and the views are lovely. Beds were super comfy! With the easy convenience of the train station practically at the front door, it makes for a great way to enjoy Vienna.

The place was as described, compact, tidy, and perfect for us. Great location within walking distance of Schönbrunn Castle. Martin answered the questions I sent you well, and the whole trip left a good memory. I could definitely stay at the place again and can recommend this place to other guests.

Loved the apartment. Check in was easy to do,the location was very close to the city centre and the apartment has loads of space making you feel right at home. Will definitely return here.

stayed at Daniel's apartment for 3 months. Awesome location - a couple of minutes to the metro by walk and from there ~9 to Karlsplatz (city center), tram to the train station is also next by, super convenient. The apartment faces the inner yard, so it's quiet there even on Friday evenings. Daniel is responsive and easy to reach. Super apartment, highly recommend.
