Vacation rentals with a patio in Tulum

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und bieten ausreichend Komfort. Ein Highlight ist mit Sicherheit der Pool auf dem Dach, in welchem man abends noch schön entspannen kann. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, mit einem Supermarkt, direkt 20m gegenüber. Außerdem ist man genauso schnell am Strand wie im Zentrum von Tulum. Wir würden immer einen Motorroller zur Fortbewegung empfehlen, da die Entfernungen in Tulum insgesamt doch ordentlich sind und man deutlich mehr sehen kann, als wenn man nur mit dem Fahrrad fährt. Das Wichtigste und gleichzeitig Beste an dieser Unterkunft ist jedoch der lokale Ansprechpartner Braulio. Er gibt Tipps zu lokalen Highlights wir Restaurants, Bars, Veranstaltungen etc. und ist wirklich immer ansprechbar. Allein durch ihn hat diese Unterkunft 5 Sterne verdient. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt spontan nochmal um 3 Tage verlängert und er hat alles unkompliziert und schnell geregelt. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Apartamento incrível, num condomínio espetacular. Único problema: a localização apresentada não é a real. É a 15min a pé, na periferia de La Veleta, no edifício Ahal II. No entanto, vale muito a pena pela qualidade do apartamento. O Axel é muito disponível e pronto a resolver qualquer problema.

We had a really wonderful stay at this condo in Tulum. The space was clean, modern, and matched the photos perfectly. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a functional kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi and strong air conditioning—and a perfectly curated record selection which was such a nice addition. One of the best parts of the experience was how responsive the host was. Any time I had a question or needed help, they replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. That level of attentiveness really added peace of mind during my stay. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet still close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The pool was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I’d be happy to stay again!

Our stay at the this corner, rooftop unit was absolutely unforgettable! The spacious three-bedroom layout was perfect for our group, offering plenty of privacy while still feeling connected. The rooftop area was the highlight—stunning views, comfortable lounge seating, and a refreshing plunge pool made it the ultimate spot to relax after a day of exploring. The interior was beautifully decorated with a modern, boho-chic vibe that perfectly matched the Tulum aesthetic. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was cozy and inviting. Each bedroom was tastefully designed and featured comfortable beds and ample storage space. The location was fantastic—close to local restaurants, shops, and just a short drive to the beach. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay, thanks to the attentive and responsive host. Highly recommend this rooftop oasis for anyone looking to experience Tulum in style!

This is a lovely property, you and your family/friends won't be disappointed! The property is spacious and has everything you need. We felt like we were at home. Also, the building has an amazing pool which our kids used in the evenings but what we loved the most was their coffee shop. We didn't have to go far to find excellent coffee and pastries. You're also able to order full meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), we only had breakfast once but the food was delicious. Diana responded immediately to any our concerns, we'll be staying here again.

Kevin’s place was perfect for our long weekend! Only 3 blocks away from 7 sur; the main road in La Veleta with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment was perfect for what we needed and the bed was so comfortable. The building was beautiful with lots of greenery all around. We will definitely stay again! Thank you, Kevin!

Excelente todo, Paulina atenta siempre. El departamento está increíble, las camas muy cómodas y tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla muy bien…. En el complejo hay restaurantes buenos para desayunar, muy recomendable, volvería en mi próxima visita Tulum.

I spent a week at Villa Ikebana. It was fabulous. I was mostly working; it's a great place for digital nomads. But it's also very quiet and private and romantic; I would love to come back with my wife and have a real vacation. The house is lovely and spacious. The bed is extremely comfy. The AC and WiFi are excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped. The seating / dining areas are comfortable and livable. The outdoor spaces are really nice too. Both pools are lovely and private. The outdoor seating is comfortable. It feels wooded and natural when you're outside. (There is a nearby bar that plays loud music on weekends from around 5 to midnight, but other than that, you mostly hear the birds.) The neighborhood is fine. It's easy to walk to the restaurants on Calle 7. I had a rental car, and I was glad I did. It's easy to get around Tulum with a car. It wouldn't be necessary for staying here, but an ATV or bike or car makes it easier. I can't wait to go back. It's a lovely place.

The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful home! Our host, Max was extremely responsive and accommodating. The beds were super comfortable, everything was sleek, clean and modern….and we all felt right at home. We traveled with children, and it truly felt like we never left home. All amenities in the home made it easy to cater to them. The location of the home allows for lots of privacy, so no need to worry if the little ones get a bit loud in the pool. We will definitely be returning!

Erik’s house was very spacious just as described! Erik was very attentive and always responded right away! My children enjoyed the pool during our stay! No problems during our stay!

I’ve been to Tulum 4 times, stayed in different airbnb’s and hotels, but this by far has been the best place I’ve stayed. Location is private, no excessive construction noise, and BEAUTIFUL! I will definitely be booking again.

The two structures—one housing the main living area and bedrooms, and the other offering private guest suites—provided both comfort and privacy. The pool area was a wonderful retreat, adding to the overall charm of the property. Beyond the incredible space, the communication was top tier. You were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. This was definitely a great experience overall, and we would absolutely recommend Villa Xochitl to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay in Aldea Zama. This was the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We had 8 women in our 20s and felt totally safe—safety exceeded expectations. The property was spotless, quiet, and exactly like the photos. With 4 full baths and 2 half baths, there was more than enough space. The pools were amazing, and we spent so much time just relaxing there. Sofia, our concierge, was super helpful and friendly. She brought us water (which we didn’t expect), and when the water shut off one evening, she got maintenance there quickly. Heidy from the concierge team was also amazing and helped us reschedule our boat day due to weather. We also loved the recommended driving service—Miguel and his team were fantastic and made getting around easy and stress-free. The home was affordable for our group size and perfect for a bachelorette or birthday trip. Honestly, we could’ve never left the house and still had an incredible vacation. Would 100% stay in another one of Celine’s properties again!

Genevieve’s place was amazing! The pictures did not do it justice. Genevieve and her co-hosts were super responsive and were very helpful. We were given great local recommendations and truly had a great experience! We felt very safe and there was security guard at night who was super nice. Maintenance issues were fixed super quickly and the pools were cleaned regularly. No major issues at all! One thing to note — the roads surrounding the complex are a bit bumpy so be careful while driving. I truly recommend Genevieve’s place to anyone visiting Tulum!

What a great time! Tanya was an excellent host and gave instructions and recommendations for everything we needed. The casita was adorable and the pool area was so relaxing. Tanya furnished groceries and the cupboards contained many basics presumably left from other guests: extra sunscreen, sunhats, vegetable oil, shower supplies, etc. All-in-all we had a fantastic trip! No regrets

Die Unterkunft war erwartet wie auf den Fotos. Die Unterkunft, war etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum aber ein 7Eleven und viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Wenn wir wieder nach Tulum kommen, werden wir uns wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden

Es una zona muy tranquila, el departamento muy lindo y cómodo, siempre al pendiente de los pormenores, solo batallé un poco con la ubicación ya que no cargué desde antes y en Tulum la red es un poco lenta

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, definitely worth the price ! Calm and relaxing. the only con is the location, a bit far away from the city center, but as long as you have a car it will be fine !

This place looks exactly like the photos!! Jason and his team was very responsive, we had questions about the town and they gave recommendations, answered all of our questions within minutes!! We’ll definitely stay here again! The road to get to the place was a little rocky, taxi drivers wouldn’t drive down the alley, so we had to walk to the road but it wasn’t nothing out of the way!! This spot is minutes away from downtown!! Overall great place!!!

Great spot. They are well connected and hooked us up with local recs, driving service, and answer all questions immediately. Beautiful space. One local mentioned it was the one of the first builds and they don’t make them like this anymore. It was great.
