My family and I had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was easy and consistent from the start. They truly went above and beyond,anything you could think of needing was already in the house. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing weekend. I’ve been looking for a go-to place when I’m in town visiting family, and I’ve definitely found it. Highly recommend! Our stay at the Coral Retreat was perfect. We were at the house for six days with our two teenage boys and of all the hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at this place takes the cake. We had countless manatee swimming right by and up to the property and we also saw dolphins a few times. The house is in a very serene neighborhood and if you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or other touristy areas that feels like an actual home for your family - you will find it here. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It was apparent that lots of thought went into decorating and furnishing the house so you can enjoy your stay. The beach was within a short walk as well as many restaurants and shops. There was also a nice grocery store very close that has everything you need. My wife and I loved our stay here and I’m hoping that we can make this our regular go-to place for a Florida getaway.

Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

Beautiful home. It was exactly as described. We loved all of the games and activities at the house. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. The pool area was wonderful with plenty of seating areas. There are a number of great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The house was just as described and immaculate upon arrival. Perfect location if you're looking to experience what the real Downtown Orlando is like and not just Orange Ave or I Drive. Growing up in Orlando, the house has everything you could need and expect from a Florida home - the pool was perfect and the outdoor lounge area was heavily loved. All we needed to do was stock the fridge and make the playlists - Thanks again!

We had such an amazing time at this place! It was much bigger than we expected which was nice. Huge TVs in every room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Super cute area of Orlando and close to Wekiwa Springs. Kitchen was stocked with every utensil/pot/pan/dish we could possibly need. Pool was big and the backyard felt private. We didn’t want to leave!

Leah was a great host and very responsive. The house was great for me and my family while traveling for work. Awesome location in great neighborhood. I felt safe for my family while at work during the day. The pool area was great and the accommodations were suitable for our family. My 3 children had a blast and they had enough room to space out when necessary. Thanks Leah again for our stay and being a great host.

There is not really a word that can describe Brandi. Her phenomenal hospitality and love made me feel safe and right at home. The property is private and secure making it easy to enjoy your stay with no worries! I have a bit of OCD and NEVER was triggered by anything! I would recommend her x10!!!

The place was beautiful and had a lot of beds just enough for my big family. The back yard was great, the hot tub, frogs, lizards and turtle shack was awesome! We lit a fire and played games all night! As we sat in the hot tub we seen the Kennedy Space Rocket blast off from the space center and watched it blast off from the back yard. It was awesome! The place was everything and more they explained on the Airbnb app!

Really enjoyed our stay! Backyard really was an oasis. Had a lot of fun playing pickleball and basketball and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Home was clean and they had everything we needed and things we didn't think of (e.g. skewers for making s'mores in the fire pit, beach chairs) Appreciated the responsiveness in communication and from hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. As local Floridians who have stayed at many Airbnbs along the coast, we can confidently say this one stands out. The attention to detail and overall vibe made it feel like a true home away from home. We’ll definitely be booking this spot again for our next beach escape!

Lovely old home in beautiful convenient neighborhood. Lots of space, great back yard with nice pool. Well stocked with plenty of towels. Kitchen is spacious. Comfortable living rooms and beds. Will definitely seek to book this place again on our next trip to Orlando.

The house is very homely feeling… like a lived in home vs. a sterile, minimalist vacation home, very well equipped- there was lots of amenities to use the kitchen, plenty of places to sit and eat. It was a sufficient space for our purposes. The pool could use a bit of a cleaning or “makeover”. There were a lot of cool plants and a great large table to sit and enjoy the peace out on the patio. The decor was a little bright/80s/90s/eclectic and not my style but if that doesn’t bother you - this place is fine. I really struggled with the queen sized bed- it’s VERY HIGH (I’m 5’3” and had to practically jump into it) and it was quite uncomfortable. The house could use some updates but otherwise was clean and well appointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Susan was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. The location was perfect for our trip, and we truly appreciated the little touches that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here, and we’d definitely love to come back in the future. Studio C is a gem. Perfect for a short getaway or long vacation. Very central, easy access to great eateries and bars. Christine was a pleasure to work with, any questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The place is so comfy and cozy. Definitely recommend , and will use again .

Such a great experience for our first time in Cocoa Beach Florida! The house really made the trip, it wouldn’t have been the same anywhere else!

House was quaint. Clean with plenty of space for our party of 7. The small wading pool was a nice addition for the Florida heat. Kitchen isn’t completely stocked as it would be at home, and there were some leftover food items in the fridge. But all in all the place was perfect for what we needed. And Bruce was very responsive. Would gladly come back again for the weekend. Thank you!

Richards place was great! It was clean, spacious and great bathrooms. We were only there for a few nights visiting family but it was exactly what we needed.

What great hosts! We had a few issues after check in and they were so responsive to each call. Sometimes things can happen at a rental but Jacqueline and David were fabulous at getting back to us and taking care of things. The house was great, pool beautiful and everything was clean and just as described in the app. Thanks for a great stay. Would 10/10 recommend.
