Condo vacation rentals in Titusville

I stayed for a little over a week and the Sandpiper studio was fantastic! Deidre was very communicative and responsive, the unit was clean with basically every amenity you could think of, and the location was awesome. Close to all kinds of shops and restaurants, and right across from a nice and quiet beach entrance. I would absolutely stay again.

This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

Loved our stay here! The set-up of the condo was great. Decorations were beautiful! The place has direct, oceanfront views. Kitchen is very well-stocked. Found top-notch local restaurants nearby! The area is great - not overly touristy - but still close to everything you need, including groceries. Had such a great time here! Can't say enough good things!!

We had a wonderful time in Lihua's place. We had everything we needed, it was very clean, and the beds are so comfortable as well. Perfect location with plenty of things within walking distance. The view through the kitchen and living space is a dream, as well as the master. Lihua was very helpful when needed and it was a joy to stay here. We have been to Cocoa Beach multiple times and we will definitely come back to her place!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

The condo was so nice! We greatly enjoyed our time there and loved being able to walk right out to the pool and beach. The property and building grounds were very well kept and fully stocked with everything we needed. We saw two space launches from the beach during our stay, and I think they had a couple more that we missed. The atmosphere was laid back and quiet, but within a short driving distance to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities. We traveled to Orlando and Daytona Beach, which were both only about an hour away. Our host Michelle was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Pats condo was wonderful for ours girls trip this year! Million dollar view from the balcony & fabulous open concept kitchen/dining/living room area. Kitchen is very well supplied! Great quiet condo-wonderful pool. Beach is steps away and we went every day. Pat supplied everything you need for the beach too—minus an umbrella which can be rented right on the beach—3 min walk away! She also quickly responded to any questions and provided anything we needed! I was ready to rent this condo again right away but the dates we are returning are already rented..bummer for me! Thank you for a great week Pat! We hope to be back sometime!😊

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful week-long stay at Eleny and George’s condo. Eleny provided clear check-in instructions so check-in was a breeze. The condo itself is very spacious. The 2 bedrooms are large and each has a full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, has modern appliances, and has a full-sized washer and dryer. The best part of this oceanfront condo is the wonderful balcony!! It can be accessed from sliders off both the living room and master bedroom. The view is stunning and the sound of ocean waves is so relaxing. We were able to see a launch from Cape Canaveral directly from the balcony, which was a real bonus! The condo is well appointed with modern technologies and updated decor. The condo comes with an indoor parking space which was a pleasant surprise. Eleny was very responsive and communicative. She proactively told us when launches were occurring throughout the week and checked in regularly to see if things were going well. We highly recommend!!

Everything about our stay was perfect and Rebecca helped in making it enjoyable.

The place was absolutely perfect, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, pool and a few steps to the beach. Oversized living room. Close to restaurants. The balcony was great for my morning coffee. I would definitely rent again.

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights at Ivars and Stephanie's place and we absolutely loved it. We were traveling for a short beach vacation and a little longer Disney stay and we wanted to be at the beach for as long as we could. Ivars and Stephanie were so accommodating and allowed us to have a later checkout on our last day which we are so grateful for. The location of this place is so perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it's a quiet and safe area and the condo is just as described. Also less than 1 mile from a Publix to grab any groceries you need for your stay, lots of restaurants, the boardwalk is super short drive, and a great putt putt/go cart place is just down the road too! Super clean, all the things you would need were provided, and beach items included in that! We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

The space was exactly as described. Had all of the necessities that a traveler would need for an enjoyable stay and beach day. Private access to the beach just steps away was the best part. Will definitely return for future trips.

We had a great stay at this condo! It’s located less than a block from the beach, yet the area is quiet and peaceful perfect for relaxing. The condo itself is updated, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful, quickly answering our questions. Highly recommend staying here!

It was great place.

Kyle’s suite was awesome! There were so many things that we enjoyed about the suite such as: - close proximity to everything - food, Universal, Fun Spot, Old Town etc. - Beautiful view from the Terrace - Easy to connect TV - Very nice bathroom - Water, sunglasses and even a bottle of wine provided for free - Good wifi and A/C system We have nothing but good things to say. We thought the building was in good shape, the elevator worked great with a nice view from the window as you go up. The laundry services were satisfactory. The area is beautiful, and the suite was so clean. We definitely look forward to booking with Kyle again!

Amber allowed us to book the last minute when we found that the other Airbnb we had booked was less than desirable. She was very responsive. She allowed us to look at it before committing to stay. Her place is beautiful and well kept. The king size bed was so comfortable! It was nice to be able to cook meals at the condo. This is not our first day at the diplomat, but our first time at Amber's and hers is much nicer than the other. She has new cupboards, nice clean refrigerator and dishwasher, and beautiful decor. The couch is comfortable. There's a TV in every bedroom. It was great to have beach chairs and umbrellas and a beach blanket. She also had a collection of boards for us to have fun with on the waves! Her unit is at the end so it's a shorter walk to the private gate that accesses the beach. The beach was super quiet with no crowds. It's just far enough away from the pier and downtown Cocoa. And it's only 1 mile from the gym! We would stay here again.

This place was beyond our expectations, very convenient to where we needed to go and quiet as well as well supplied.

Loved it. Great space for my family and I before our cruise. The host were responsive and helpful. The property was great. I would stay there again but longer!!!

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

Olga‘s place was beautiful, and pristine. It was nicely furnished, clean, and relaxing. The view is also beautiful and the location is great. I would love to stay there again. Olga was also flexible and super sweet to communicate with.

This is my third day in this beautiful condo, well decorated clean as can be, beautiful kitchen, full refrigerator. Extremely comfortable and right on the beach as well as within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I will be back. The hosts are amazing! Thank you, David and Eileen….

This was a really nice place within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and things to do. I enjoyed my stay and had no issues. There is a biscuit place on the first floor that I tried out and found overpriced/did not really enjoy. Just an FYI for future travelers. Everything else was great.

The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach, making it super easy for morning walks and sunset views. We brought our 6 month old and it was very convenient. The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for a beach getaway!
