House vacation rentals in Brevard County

We enjoyed our stay. We somehow locked ourselves out on the first night there and John was quick to respond. The pool got plenty of use with our kids. My favorite part of the house was its location right on the canal. We went paddle boarding and seen manatees and dolphins several times. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall the house was nice and John was a great host.

We had a great time, staying at Stephanie’s place. The home is exactly as described, having everything we needed. The area is safe and convenient to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and the highway, without feeling too busy. Thank you for a great vacation!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. Great place to stay! The decor inside was beautiful, love the nautical/beach theme. The pool was immaculately kept and super refreshing in the afternoon. Lyndsey is super quick to respond to any questions too. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful family vacation! 4 adults and 2 children. The hose was amazing and had everything we needed plus some. We cooked at home every day and did not find the kitchen lacking in any way. The beds and pillows were comfortable, neighborhood quiet and peaceful We would definitely recommend this house!

Stephanie’s house was a great find, especially since the friends we were visiting lived in the next neighborhood over. We had 4 adults +5 kids on our trip and it never felt crowded. The pool (and the covered patio) was awesome!! The kids loved it (as well as the Nintendo switch!). The dining room connected to the living room, which gave us enough space to socialize when our friends stopped by. The beds, bedding and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked! Would definitely stay here again when we come back with the whole family!

Fantastic place to call home while traveling. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out, private oasis with the hot tub. When the propane for the grill ran out, Heidi was quick to change it out. We left behind a few items and we were contacted right away; she set them aside until we could retrieve them. Highly recommend this little gem!

This place gets 100 STARS 🌟 from me! My son had a military exercise at Patrick Space Force Base Cocoa Beach and I needed a place for us to stay for 4 days . After reviewing several hotels in the area ALL with terrible reviews i was stuck. I decided to look at Airbnb and one of the first to come up was Jenn’s place . So I booked it the minute I looked at the listing and it was exactly what i needed and more. If I could give it 100 stars I would. When you arrive somewhere and it’s exactly as described and it exceeds your expectations it’s refreshing! It was clean, neat, no odors, huge bed, gleaming kitchen, laundry. It had amenities you cannot get at a hotel. Beach chairs ,umbrellas etc. It is located in a great neighborhood in small older condo complex that is well landscaped and also clean. Best of all ! This place was SO quiet. I mean you could hear a pin drop . Not a sound day or night. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay !

Anabel’s place was perfect, a short distance from the USSSA Baseball complex, the beach, restaurants, and Grocery Stores all we needed for our stay

me and my boyfriend absolutely loved staying at Courtney’s Airbnb!! it was the perfect spot to just hangout and relax!

property was clean, and welcoming. pool was deep and inviting. game room provided a lot of entertainment. we had a great time, we asked a couple questions and had a response immediately every time. highly recommended.

Our stay was so great!!! Our air bnb was in a quiet and peaceful setting, and was close to everything! We will definitely be booking here again!

The house was a great fit for 4 adults and 2 teens, bright welcoming and clean. Mary was very accommodating as we originally booked for 4 people she had no problem letting us bring 2 more. The kids loved the pool and its visible from inside so we could watch them and allow them some freedom. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe given the security system the home has. The fire alarm went off while we stayed and the host and alarm company contacted us instantly to check on us. Be sure the fan is on in the bathroom if you like long hot showers. In all enjoyed our stay and recommend booking if we find ourselves out that way again we would stay there again.

I brought my wife and kids and it was ideal for us. The pool and hot tub were great and we really enjoyed lounging inside if it easy rainy. Ashley and Christopher were very accessible and helpful. They turned in the hot tub quickly every time I requested it. And if there were any issues, they swiftly remedied them. Highly recommend this place and host.

We had a great stay at this beautful brand new house. It is in a very convenient location to get to the downtown or a quick drive over the bridge to the beach. The house is close to the main road, but well insulated from the road noise. The pool was nice to have but does get leaves other debris in it. Would be nice if was screened in, which would help with the mosquitos too. The garage was nice to park in. we had two cars so with the single car driveway we found ourselves moving one car to get the other in or out of the garage a lot. Would be much better if you could fit two cars on the driveway.

Truly steps from the ocean! My husband and I stayed here for a week and everything was great. Place was very clean, occasional cigarette smell from the neighbors, but it wasn’t too bad. Great locations, 5 minutes to lots of restaurants and stores, about 25 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. One of the best parts was I could see a Falcon 9 rocket launch from the back porch one early morning, it was awesome. My husband enjoyed the hot tub, though we had to leave it uncovered for a while to get the temp down from109 to 104. Absolutely wonderful value for proximity to the ocean and things to do.

The house is very inviting and clean! We loved the privacy and being in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants near by! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, loved not having to share it with anyone! Kayla was quick to respond to our one and only question and accommodated our request! We would highly recommend this house if you don't want to be around all the noise and tourists!
