Condo vacation rentals in Titusville

This place was so nice. The location was perfect with easy beach access and a very relaxing pool. Plenty of food options, shopping and mini golf. Our family had fun and also had good relaxing days. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit at NSB! The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped and had a great view of the pool and beach from the balcony. The grounds of the complex were clean and very well kept. Everything we needed for a day at the beach and/or pool was provided for us, from towels to beach chairs, etc. The keypad entry was convenient and secure. The Lukasz's were very kind and responsive and provided plenty of information about the unit and the area. Even check out was a breeze! Truly a fantastic stay!

Jenna is so kind and easy to communicate with. She answered all questions, no matter how silly. She had wonderful instructions in a book inside the condo and we found everything we needed. The area is very family oriented. The condo was spotless upon arrival with all the amenities. The walk to the beach and locked gate was easily accessed. If you are traveling with children, everything on the property was easy to walk to carrying chairs and beach needs. My daughter is 9 and she thoroughly enjoyed her vacation! We will definitely go back!

This was an amazing place! We love New Smyrna & this beachfront condo had everything you need at the beach! There were even brand new binoculars that we used to watch the dolphins in the ocean.

Eryka showed a genuine interest in making sure that her guests were happy and satisfied. The place was perfect, the amenities were perfect. Eryka's beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, carrying wagon, washer & dryer, swimming pool, television, bedsheets, you name it, we were happy with all of it. We've stayed at other places where the beach chairs were rusty and non-functional, the beach umbrellas were also non-functional and useless. Not here. Here you have everything you need.

I can’t say enough great things about this property and host! Beautifully decorated, so well equipped, and a perfect location. Also Matt was a pleasure to communicate with, and was extremely responsive. I will 100% be back!

My wife and I really enjoyed the relaxing few days we got to spend here. The balcony facing the ocean was a joy. We saw many dolphins and cruise ships off in the distance. The beach was not busy at all , which was a blessing. Evan communicated very well to some work that was being done on the building. We would stay again.

De loin c’est le meilleur Airbnb dans lequel j’ai logé. Cette appartement est situé dans un très beau quartier, calme et très proche de la plage à pieds. Il contient toutes les commodités. Vous allez manquer de rien. Tout y est. La propreté impeccable et la bonne odeur du linge de lit étaient un gros plus. Literie confortable et décoration très sympathique. La piscine vient compléter le tout. Les hôtes Katie et Scott ont été très réactifs et très sympathiques, ils m’ont rapidement dépanné pour un adaptateur de prise. Allez y les yeux fermés vous n’allez pas le regretter. Merci pour ce séjour je reviendrai sans doute.

Wonderful place to spend before our cruise. Well stocked and plenty of beach amenities. Close walk to the beach. Very clean and perfect place for beach getaway.

This place was perfect for our family’s spring break vacation! The resort had everything we could have wanted!! The pool was refreshing and not overcrowded, especially in the early evening. The kids loved the game room - complete with pool tables and an air hockey machine. The beach was so relaxing. There are umbrellas and chairs available to rent if needed. The walk to the beach is short - right down the wooden pathway. The showers along the way are great to rinse off the sand before heading back upstairs. The unit itself was pristine. We scored a spot on the 4th floor, so we had a great ocean view off the side of the balcony. There was plenty of space for 4 of us, and the well-stocked kitchen was wonderful for cooking meals in the evening! There is also an incredible seafood place 1/2 mile away - right next to Publix. We are already excited for the next time we’re able to visit!! Thanks so much for the perfect trip! ☺️

Perfect place to catch our breath after our first ever family cruise. Easy drive from the cruise ports, Kennedy Space Center, lots of restaurants and shopping. Kitchen had everything you could need and more, the brita pitcher saved us from needing to stock up on bottled water (our family goes through a lot of water), and the coffee pot was perfect with duel k-cup and drip carafe. So many fun games that we didn't even get to but wished we had, kids had plenty of toys to play with. Laundry is not in the unit but there is coin laundry on both levels so we never had to wait on a washer/dryer. Beach is a block away, easy walk, and plenty of room to spread out unlike many beaches we've been to where it feels like everyone is a foot away from your space. Rowina provides all the beach essentials... camping chairs, beach toys, bodyboards, beach towels, and I believe I saw an umbrella in there but we brought our own shade. Only thing I wish I had brought was my surfboard. Wonderful Stay!

Jen was very responsive and accommodating. We have stayed at her place 3-4 times and have never been dissappointed. We look forward to staying there again in the future!

The place was clean and within walking distance to the beach! We had more than enough towels and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including spices, trash bags and things of that nature! It was perfect for what we needed and I would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and exactly like the photos. It was a perfect place to rest between my son’s baseball games for a local tournament, with easy access to the amenities and the local must see/eat/do with in walking distance to the beach! Would stay again!

Great location near the port for our cruise, it was so easy. Restaurants nearby. Katie was super friendly, and the United had everything we needed. Would recommend!

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este alojamiento. La primera vez solo mi esposo y yo y ahora con mis hijos. Me encanta la limpieza del lugar, además de la tranquilidad. La anfitriona siempre está pendiente de todo.

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

Olga was very accomidating to our schedule. Very easy to communicate with. Condo was as decribed. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again when the time comes.

This is my third day in this beautiful condo, well decorated clean as can be, beautiful kitchen, full refrigerator. Extremely comfortable and right on the beach as well as within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I will be back. The hosts are amazing! Thank you, David and Eileen….

We loved our stay at Nicoleta's! Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and truly the cherry on top of a perfect stay! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!
