Beautiful detached bungalow, with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. In the living room there are windows/ doors on all sides that come out on the terrace. There is underfloor heating but also a large fireplace/wood stove, the kitchen is equipped with luxurious equipment. Behind the meadow, of which you can come to the dyke via a walkway for a nice walk or a kayak trip. In this area, Amsterdam is 10 km away, also accessible by bike. The picturesque villages of Laren and Naarden are 10 km away.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze comfortabele en eenvoudige ruimte. U zit binnen 2minuten lopen aan een groot schoon zwemmeer. Het is ook fijn wandelen om het meer. S'nachts hoort u niks behalve soms een uil. En verder is er op loopafstand een prachtig sauna complex Thermen Maarssen. In de tuin is er ook een prive sauna. Als u daarvan gebruik wilt maken vragen wij een toeslag. Het Terras is nog niet gelegd voor de sauna, het werk is in volle gang. Daarover meer in de verdere beschrijving.

Ervaar de charme van het platteland in onze Authentieke Boerderij voor 12 personen. Ruime woonkamer met houtkachel, grote woonkeuken met open haard voor culinaire avonden. Sauna en hottub voor ontspanning. Grote zolder met pingpongtafel voor vermaak. En een tuin die grenst aan het water. Of je nu samen spelletjes speelt, boeken leest rond de open haard, of heerlijke maaltijden bereidt in onze keuken, onze boerderij biedt alles wat je nodig hebt om onvergetelijke momenten te beleven.

Rustige kindvriendelijke buurt, met een groot voetbal/ speelplein op 2 minuten lopen. De rivier de Vecht loopt van Utrecht naar Amsterdam en ligt op 100 meter. De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.

Je zult genieten van dit huis vanwege het licht, de comfortabele bedden, de tuin en de moderne inrichting. Het huis heeft alle moderne noodzakelijke voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. De ruimte is geschikt voor gezinnen of 2 stelletjes. De supermarkt ligt op 500 meter. Er zijn diverse restaurants in het dorp. Maarssen ligt tussen Utrecht (8km) en Amsterdam (30km).
