This chalet is within 6x4 and equipped with kitchen (with microwave oven and fridge), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bedstee (1.40 m x 2.00 with a step) and sufficient storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be moved into the living room. You really sit at the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Rustige kindvriendelijke buurt, met een groot voetbal/ speelplein op 2 minuten lopen. De rivier de Vecht loopt van Utrecht naar Amsterdam en ligt op 100 meter. De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.

Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

We had a fantastic stay! The house and surroundings are beautiful! Marlieke and family are fantastic hosts. The house was stocked with everything you can think of and more, including drinks, snacks, cooking essentials, toiletries. They thought of everything! Marlieke provided toys and a play kitchen for our 1 year old, which he loved! We were so grateful! The place was very clean. Great communication from Marlieke before and during the stay. Excellent local recommendations provided also. We would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend to other guests!

We had a very good time at Mike's place. The surroundings are very beautiful and the house is very enjoyable too. The weather was on our side so we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the pool and to swim in the river Amstel and to use her pebble board too. Staying there with kids allowed them to use the trampoline daily and to play in the garden. There is nothing (town, shops) at walking distance so for that you need to take the car but the view and beautiful landscape you get just by looking outside the windows when you wake up is worthwhile!

Excellent stay for 2 families. The garden with the lake view is just magical. Very quiet. In the countryside and yet close to shops and restaurants. Thanks for lending us the bikes and the boat. It was great to get around on the water. The area is beautiful and within reasonable distance of different cities to visit. Floris is a thoughtful host (Easter decoration, welcome gifts, etc.) and responded to our messages within the day. The house was very spacious and very clean. Authentic charm of an old farmhouse. Thanks for this real break.

I stayed at this place for 4 days. The surrounding area is beautiful, I just love IJburg. The place is spacious and exactly as described. The outside area with the terrace is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Watching the sunset and the pastel-coloured sky from the terrace alone is worth the money. Even though we did not cook , the kitchen is amazing and well equipped. The beds were cozy and comfortable. Both hosts were very friendly, polite and responsive. Even when a faux-pas happened to us on the last day, it was handled very nicely and luckily it got solved without many issues. I appreciated the understanding way communication a lot. Our stay was perfect. Thank you both.
