Spacious (120m2) exclusive apartment with everything you need for a carefree stay in Utrecht. Perfect for families and one or two couples. Enjoy the entertainment options like Sonos sound system, Smart TV with Chromecast, Netflix and smart ambient lightning, while period touches include stained glass, high ceilings and authentic chandeliers. The apartment is devided over 2 floors and had a total size of around 120 square meter. The apartment is big enough to accommodate a family with (young) kids, 2 couples or single couples who needs some extra space. Also business- and solo-travellers are more than welcome to stay. On the first floor: A toilet and small room with desk, a spacious living room with large sofa, TV (with Chromecast) and music equipment. Via the living room there is an entrance to the balcony. Open kitchen with all facilities like microwave, oven, dishwasher. This whole floor has the authentic high ceilings which give a very spacious feeling. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with large bed and entrance to the second balcony, 1 bedroom with sleeping couch for 1-2 person(s). Large bathroom with huge bath, separate walk in shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. WiFi, clean bedsheets, towels, dishwashing tablets, coffee and tea are included. Next to this you can make use of our iPad, Netflix account, Chromecast, Apple TV, iMac, electric drumkit, acoustic guitar and Sonos sound system. Welcome in Utrecht! Shop in the boutiques and supermarkets and dine in the hip restaurants in the famous streets of Oudegracht and Voorstraat, 5 minutes away by foot. Stroll in the open spaces of nearby Griftpark, while the central railway station is a 15-minute walk. Train: The apartment is located 15 min walking distance from Utrecht Central Station train station. Utrecht is easiest reachable within 30 min by train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Car: There are paid parking places in the street for EUR 3,58 per hour or EUR 24,96 per day. On Sunday it is free to park. There is also an option to park in parking garage called Grifthoek for EUR 16,00 per day. This parking garage is very close by (4 min walk) Free parking is possible near train station Utrecht Overvecht, but will take you at least 20-25 min walk to the apartment.

Loved our stay in Valentina’s apartment. It was very clean and cozy. Loved the view at the canal and everything was at walking distance. I would highly recommend!

It has a view directly across the canal and is easy walking distance to Utrecht city centre and train station. I loved my five day stay at Harm’s converted garage studio. Wonderful neighborhood - quiet residential neighborhood, and a quick bike ride to the central city. Lots of restaurants, bars, walking and running paths nearby. Harm was extremely friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend enough.

It was a lovely well equipped cosy room with a wonderful bed, shower, and amenities. Offered a breakfast in the morning which was lovely and incredibly welcome! Wonderful people, wonderful place.

Such a cozy and clean place – felt super comfy from the second we walked in. It’s about a 15 min walk to the city center, which was perfect for us. Close enough to explore everything, but far enough to chill in peace without the noise. Big shoutout to Renée – she was honestly the best host. Super kind and always quick to respond. All in all, perfect spot if you’re visiting Utrecht and want a calm, friendly home base. Would defs book again!

Always wanted to stay in a werfkelder. This one is a jewel in the city. CX y be more downtown than this and with springhaver parking 1 minute away, even easy to get to by car!!
