Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The city center of Utrecht at a few cycling kilometers. The Maarsseveense lakes are within walking distance and the nature reserve around Molenpolder just around the corner. Fantastic environment for cycling or hiking or even swimming in open water. Fort de Klop and Fort Gagel are nearby. There are also a number of castles nearby that are more than worth visiting. The picturesque town of Maarssen is 4 km away.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
