Mooie vrijstaande bungalow, met ruime slaapkamer en badkamer ineen. In de huiskamer zitten aan alle kanten ramen/ deuren die op het terras uit komen. er zit vloerverwarming in maar ook een grote open haard/houtkachel, de keuken is voorzien van luxe apparatuur. Achter het weiland waarvan je via een loopplankje naar de dijk kan komen voor een mooie wandeling of een kajak tochtje. In deze omgeving is Amsterdam op 10 km, ook bereikbaar met de fiets. de pittoreske dorpjes Laren en Naarden op 10 km.

De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.

Wij delen graag onze mooie plek, daarom verhuren wij af en toe ons tiny house, "Waar geluk ligt" Wij hebben het zelf ingericht om het zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Wij vinden het leven in een kleine ruimte met veel buitenruimte een vrij gevoel geven. Zeker met de Vinkeveense Plassen voor ons. Als u met jonge kinderen komt, kunt u bij ons een elektrische bakfiets huren. Vraag hiernaar bij de verhuurder

Je zult genieten van dit huis vanwege het licht, de comfortabele bedden, de tuin en de moderne inrichting. Het huis heeft alle moderne noodzakelijke voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. De ruimte is geschikt voor gezinnen of 2 stelletjes. De supermarkt ligt op 500 meter. Er zijn diverse restaurants in het dorp. Maarssen ligt tussen Utrecht (8km) en Amsterdam (30km).

Houseboat with a great view (in almost any direction)! Built in 2015 this spacious home on a beautiful spot is worth your while. It offers lots of privacy just 20 minutes from Amsterdam or Utrecht. Put on your shoes and start walking to discover the area. Or just jump into the water! Obviously there are several places to rent boats or canoes. The houseboat is surrounded by nature and all of its guests. From funny ducks to beautiful king fishers.
