Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Southern United States

We decided to do this amazing and cute little place to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and it did not disappoint. Such a cute space. Had all the needed amenities and more. They really created a space that is welcoming and comfy. You feel right at home. The little extra touches with a welcome basket and a sweet note wishing us a happy anniversary was very thoughtful and appreciated. Location is perfect. Private and peaceful. With a wonderful welcoming committee, two beautiful horses. Location close to Carthage and Joplin for great restaurants and good people.

My partner and I have stayed at the Bungalow and the Casita several times. Always so clean, comfortable, well decorated - he sets up very welcoming spaces. The bathroom configuration with the giant bathtub is a favorite feature! The Bungalow has a spacious kitchen with everything you need if you want to do your own cooking. Always a lovely experience!

The property was exactly as described, the arcade machines were a hit, the bed in the master bedroom was one of the nicest I’ve ever slept on, and the massive TV was fantastic for lazy night in movie watching. Would definitely book it again.

Extremely beautiful setting, Dora is really nice and responsive got us towels and an iron. Dora did a great job making the casita side private keeping in mind she has several different style listings on the same property. I will consider staying again at another one of her cottages.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Fredericksburg Airbnb! The place was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The warm pool was such a treat — perfect for relaxing any time of day. It felt completely private, like our own little retreat, yet it was just 10 minutes from town. Everything about it was serene and inviting. Would 100% come back again!

The home is beautiful, the wooded seclusion felt like we were in our own home, this was my first trip ever to Rogers Arkansas and i loved everything about it and i would highly recommend the stay to anyone!

This place is great! There is a lot more space than I assumed from pictures! This worked great for our family of 3 and we had plenty of extra room!

Lookout Mountain Birdhouse is a new property, so everything is shiny and clean. While just off the road, it's very private. It's ~30 minutes to Chattanooga proper, but that worked OK for us. Lacy is a true gem of a host and great to work with. She promptly answered any questions we had and stayed in touch. The good and the bad: the tall, west-facing windows make for a bright house and a beautiful view, but the windows in the living area have no shades, which can render that area almost unusable in the late afternoon on a clear day. That said, we would definitely stay there again. We particularly enjoyed the Sunset Rock via Craven's House Trail, and the Montague Sculpture Garden in Chattanooga. The tour of Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery was fun, too.

Ive stayed here several times. It's always clean. Christine always messages the day of or before with anything I need to know. She's a great host.

we celebrated our 10 yr anniversary. we wanted seclusion and peace and thats what we got! the indoor pool is connected to your room the giant windows allowed for a clear view of the beautiful surroundings. pool was super clean and well maintained the hot tub was the same. Sandy is an incredible host and we have plans of returning every yr to celebrate our anniversary ❤️

Wonderful place. Just as described. Short 4 block walk to a great area with restaurants, vintage clothes shops, coffee, yoga.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The landscaping is beautiful. The location is so peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and taking in the surroundings. The apartment itself was so quaint and cozy. We felt right at home. The homemade banana bread went great with our coffee in the morning. This has easily became one of our favorite airbnbs that we have ever stayed at.

This was a very enjoyable stay in a clean and comfortable space. My family usually feels grossed out by rentals, but it was easy to relax here. Everything was as portrayed and the neighborhood was quiet and very pretty.

We had an amazing stay at Kate’s place. It’s in a wonderful location. We went for the beach and concert at credit one stadium. It was super convenient to both and to dining at Shem creek. We will definitely stay again!

Its perfect stay for centro

This place was perfect for a couple escaping for a night!! We loved everything about it and it was secluded yet still so close to everything we needed! Next time we visit Bentonville we will have to come back here! 🩷

Very short stay for us, but the set up and the delicious snacks and chocolate the host had available to us was amazing. We will stay here again, when we are back in there area and tell our friends and family as well!

Super clean !! The Airbnb felt safe and had everything you needed inside. You can’t hear your neighbors around you either. The golf course and pools are super close, so that was a nice touch! The air conditioning was the perfect temperature and the overheard fans were very powerful. Overall, 10/10 experience and I would stay here again!

Absolutely loved the condo! Great views-saw lots of manatees & a huge sea turtle. Layla was a wonderful host and made last minute accommodations for us. Lots to do and eat around us. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we arrived our expectations were exceeded. Tammy’s instructions were very clear & easy to follow. Checking in was a breeze. The view was gorgeous. The location was perfect. The condo was exactly like the photos. Very clean, well designed, & everything was thought off. Beds were great! Plenty of pillow selections. Everything was done to perfection. Checking out was also easy. We will most definitely be back!!

We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The unit is very spacious. We were traveling with two grandchildren, so the accommodations were ideal. Our grandson has a food allergy so we especially appreciated the nice kitchen. Allison even made sure that there were pans we could use to accommodate his allergy. We made a couple of trips to nearby grocery stores and were able to eat every meal during the stay on the balcony. The in unit washer and dryer made life so much easier. It seemed to be a very family friendly environment. It was a good experience.

We had a great stay at Cheryl’s place. The condo was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one full day, but I commented on the fact that the place was very well equipped with plenty kitchen items and games and facilities to make a longer stay enjoyable. It also has a wonderful view of the gulf which made sitting outside on the balcony a favorite pastime!

Nice condo, right on the lake with a great pool for the kids. Gated community that is secure. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. You will need to blow up the air mattress if you have 4 people. We had three and my son was able to sleep on the couch. Overall great stay.
