It was our first time, and the experience was very nice. I really didn't know how it was going to be because it was our first time doing this, but my family and I loved the place, the super relaxing pool, especially the view towards Galveston Bay, very beautiful and what I liked the most, that you can fish all day. And also the apartment is super comfortable, it's big enough for the family, my children and I loved everything, they had fun in the pool, and fishing all day and they loved everything. Mike place was very roomy, very comfortable and peaceful . We had everything we needed to cook our dinner and breakfast. Just what we needed. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Beautiful home inside and out hard to find words to explain i mean that in a good way definitely better in person pictures don't do it justice definitely magical I've never stayed or seen a place with that much character and charm I'll never forget my stay also slept great literally looking at stars and moving clouds 5☆First Class Top Shelf experience.

Beautiful loft apartment with all the amenities we needed. Close to outdoor adventures we were looking for as well as St. Louis.

We had a great evening! Saw a local play then dinner at Harp and Clover. We went back to loft and walked to old Havana then played UNO on the deck outside. This ia my 2nd stay and it was wonderful! So clean modern and convenient! The host ia very accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you!

I’m thankful that Mathew place was not booked!! We were canceled on by the other host within 30mins of check in and we had to find a place quick!! Soon as we booked this place he sent the instructions and made sure that we knew how to get in. The place was clean, free of dust and it was BEAUTIFUL. I enjoyed my stay! I will be staying here again in the future. Ps: I loved the private deck it was great to have.

Had a great time, great location and able to walk to Sundance Square and Ft Worth Water Gardens. Loved the unique loft, bedroom overlooked living room. Felt like we had the whole floor to ourselves.

Just like the pictures! All the things you have at home are here. We loved it. The place is spotless. Shower is strong. Neighbors are quiet. Smart TV. The bed is comfortable. A/C is user friendly. There are some local up & coming stores, breweries nearby. Some old school places (Bowlarama) and a really nice park. The areas around there is being revitalized, you need to drive around to get a feel for the character of it. Loved the boat deck (2 minute walk) to watch the sunset. It is such a beautiful view. Ted’s place is about 20 minutes from Panama City Beach. About 60 miles from Henderson Beach in Destin. The thing I really loved is feeling safe staying there. I would have no problem staying here again! No regrets!

It's more spacious than it looks, in general it's very comfortable, and the food delivery arrives quite quickly, perfect for two people and has a lot of privacy inside the place

The place looks just like the photos and is very nice. A little weird that the bathroom is in the kitchen, I wouldn't recommend it if the plan is to cook daily but if it's just to get to sleep it's excellent. The neighborhood is a bit murky and excessively noisy. The hosts are very attentive, friendly and the instructions for entering and leaving the place are very clear and arrive on time. Overall, a very good place.
