I have stayed with Kenneth several times. He is a wonderful host and the property is beautiful. The home has any and everything a person could need to have a wonderful stay! I truly can’t say enough good things about Kenneth and his properties!

If you're looking for peace and tranquility in Oklahoma, this is the place. My wife and I absolutely loved it Noemi's spot. Beautiful large windows that overlook the lake and a deck to enjoy the birds over your morning cup of coffee. We were even able to go swimming and sun tan on the private dock. 10/10 would come back and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and peaceful space to enjoy.

Cool location on the river with a boat dock and kayaks! Its a new place with accoutrements all about the house. It's clean, roomy, and tranquil. Fast responses from the host, easy check-in! Thanks Lance

This was an exceptional stay! We were greeted with an adorable welcome gift that included local products, such a nice touch. The location gives you a lake experience without a lot of loud boat traffic like other Ozarks locations. My husband was able to fish and caught catfish, bass and carp. I would definitely recommend this for a relaxing stay.

Ryan has an a amazing property that is truly unique, the property is amazing. Ryan was a great host who is very responsive and on top of things at all times. the only thing I wish I knew before arriving was the other property's built right next door which made using the hot tub and pool a little uncomfortable. overall a great place though I would stay again.

We had so much fun at this place. The home made us feel at home. We were able to relax, fish, lots of games and balls, etc for the kids to do and everything was great! The storms rolled in while we were there and it was amazing to view it right there on the porch! The kids swam and never got bored!! The owner was super nice and helped us with everything along the way!

Great Lake cottage! Super comfortable beds, clean fresh linens and cozy vibe. It rained and stormed for nearly our entire stay but the house stayed comfortable. Coffee bar and snacks was an extra bonus. Fenced in back yard was a huge help for the dogs! Thanks to Drew for a fantastic stay!

A little off the beaten path but an absolute amazing place to wind down especially if you’re looking for a break from the city atmosphere. Kenny was fabulous, the home was perfect or our little reading retreat! Will definitely stay on the list for future travel!

We had the most amazing stay! We spent all day fishing, swimming, and kayaking. The property was perfect for my outdoorsy kids. The inside of the home was the cherry on top- comfy and clean! We would love to come back again.

One word. PERFECT. The host was very nice and sent a message the day we checked in, well before the check in time, explaining exactly how to get to the cabin, where the key was ect. My friend and I brought a ton of movies and games and activities so we spent most of our time indoors but the time outside was great! We spent a fair amount of time outside on the porch (which has fans) on the rocking chairs and the hammock on the deck. I’m usually a mosquito magnet but in the 5 days we stayed I only got bit once on the last night. There was way more included than I expected as well! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and extremely clean. The host also had a little booklet on the table giving a brief overview of anything they could think of from remotes to light switches as well as checkout instructions. There was also a binder with local restaurant menus as well as recommendations for things to do in the area. All in all everything was great and easy and we cant wait to stay again!

We absolutely LOVED this place!! My fiance and I needed a place to stay for the night with our dachshund and this was the best place we could have picked! We rented the kayaks and it was so much fun🙌🏼 props to the owners of this place, because the decoration was amazing!! I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for everything!!

We can’t say enough about this place. It was just what we needed for rest and relaxation. We are Airbnb hosts ourselves and really needed a close little weekend getaway. It definitely fit the bill. We will most definitely be back.!!!

This was a beautiful location, the home was very comfortable. The host was very polite and responsive. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a cabin on a river.

Well equipped cottage with approx 1/4 acre backyard about 25 feet from the owners home. Best suited to two, the space is small but clean, modern, private, and inviting. The large porch with lake view and grill is a great place to hang out. We enjoyed the kayaks. Very pleasant stay. We chose the cottage bc it is one of the rare rentals that allows pets, doesn't have a laundry list of additional pet restrictions, is waterfront, and as an added bonus- doesn't charge a cleaning fee. While searching, we found that many who advertise pet friendly actually include a long list of exceptions that meant they would not accommodate most pets. I do mean well beyond common sense pet etiquette i.e. threatening to charge astronomical fees if pet hair is discovered anywhere. Such restrictions are stressful to those who travel with pets and we are grateful to hosts who make vacations possible for our whole family. We could tell that they, too, were animal lovers and that made ALL of us feel welcome!

The rustic getaway cabin is adorable and cozy. The entire cabin had windows that look right into the woods. Bathroom and kitchen are well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook- no stove but had a heading plate to use with pans, etc. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Paulette stocked the fire pit with firewood for us. The cabin is tucked away just enough to feel like you’re secluded. Some noise from the neighbors but nothing loud or late into the evening. Paulette also had some great trail recommendations that are all just about a 15-20 min drive away. We ate at Pomme De Rita’s and they had great tacos and margaritas! Very nice weekend get away spot and Paulette was attentive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

My family and pups had a wonderful evening exploring and seeing all the wildlife. The cabin was clean and cozy. The only thing we wished was to have more time here. We would definitely stay here again!

My spouse and I absolutely adored David and Hillary’s listing. Upon arrival, Hillary greeted us and showed us the property including the farm animals (alpacas, goats, chickens, pigs, etc.). The house itself was perfect with lots of space, washer/dryer, AC, and full kitchen. Within a 5 min drive is the iconic Route 66. The hosts recommended Chicken Shack and Pops, which were great. We also took advantage of the pond and used the free kayaks and SUPs. Overall, this was an absolute gem; and we would love to stay again.

My wife and I stayed for an anniversary get away. The house and the surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed a peaceful evening on the deck. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again

Our stay was truly special and exactly what we were hoping for to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was not only just as described, but it had an extra warmth and charm that made it feel like home. It was the perfect mix of comfort, peacefulness, and beautiful scenery—ideal for unwinding and spending quality time together. What really made the experience stand out, though, was Kevin’s hospitality. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great time—he even lent us one of his fishing poles and gave us a quick lesson, which meant a lot to us as first-timers. That kind of thoughtfulness made the trip even more memorable. We’re so glad we chose this place to celebrate, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you Kevin!

I have stayed here several times and just love it. It's perfect for my short stays in Abilene -- especially the screened porch with comfy furniture and a nice view of the lake for a long session reading.

A wonderful place that was better in real-life. Felt like my cortisol was down to zero after about an hour. A few things to note: there are no realy windows/shutters outside of the bedroom, both doors are patio/screen style doors (with locks), and the bathroom requires a very short, shelted walk from the bedroom to the outside. This makes the experience feel more "open" and you're not around very many people, but, I could see how this information would be important to new visitors. Will be back again very soon.

House was great. Clean and comfy. Very peaceful lake. Host was very quick to respond. Wonderful trip to relax, unwind and reset. Would love to stay again.
