Resort vacation rentals in Southern United States

Historic Powhatan Resort is a great place to stay. Clean, beautiful grounds. Pool was lovely, plenty of space, kids side and adults side. Nice Staff. Perfectly located for exploring the area. Close to groceries, good resaurants. Very quiet when we were there, but it probably depends on who is placed next to you. The unit itself was HUGE for 4 of us. We all had our own space if we wanted it. Clean upon check in, some where and tear. Beds very comfy. Kitchen was appointed with just enough tools to function, if you like to cook bring your extra tools and supplies. Ants and millipedes came into the unit at the end the trip, but I assumed it was due to the rains. Locals appreared unphazed, so I guess its a Virginia thing. Tania was responsive on the few questions we had. Totally recommend!!

Outstanding facilities with numerous amenities and extraordinarily helpful staff. Very spacious lodging in a serene setting - outstanding for families. Tyler was a superb host - highly recommend!

This place was perfect. It is located right on Peak 7 which allows ski in and ski out so easy. The gondola is right here allowing you to go into the city or up to Peak 8. There is storage lockers for your gear, great hot tubs, pools, grills and more. The suite was perfect with a small kitchen, king sized bed, pull out couch, and large bathroom. It was very comfortable for two adults and one child. We will definitely be back next ski season!

Absolutely beautiful place! HUGE BALCONY with the MOST AMAZING VIEWS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO! You will not be disappointed in this beautiful condo, I’d honestly call it a penthouse with a huge wrap around balcony and private master balcony!

place was fresh and very clean. walkable distance to all the bars and nightlife. I loved that there was a menu to the restaurant next door it really wrapped the night up great.

Great place, in a superb hotel in a fantastic locatiion. Kids loved the pool, & games room I loved the hot tubs. The access to skiing was perfect.

Wendy's Villa was an amazing place. The place was nice, clean, had many near places, you could be the whole day there entertained, and Wendy was always attentive to messages and helped. If I return to Orlando I would try to reserve the villa again. Thank you Wendy!

The space was clean, comfortable and despite business on the street/beach below, the rooms were peaceful and quiet.

Hotel is located in a great location in Sunny isles. Hotel and room was great. This is a great place when traveling with families and kids. Feels like a resort. Service is great. Room is conveniently located on 5th floor so you can get up and down very quickly. Highly recommend this place! Thank you.

We have stayed multiple times without any issues. The condo is always very clean and comfortable. Dawn and Jim are wonderful hosts and always responsive if we need anything or have questions. Will continue to stay in the future.

What a great spot right on the beach! Location near everything else was perfect also - quick and easy to get anywhere we needed. Quiet and comfortable. The pool was so refreshing! The bed was both firm and with a soft topper and the bedding was crisp and comfortable. Nice beachy decorations and just overall had everything we needed. The View! of the water from the bed and from the main room never got old! Watched sunsets while relaxing on the couch or out a few steps away at the water’s edge.

It's a nice way to access the Fontenbleau amenities. Very nice and well done. And reasonably priced.

To say we enjoyed, our vacation is an understatement. We were so surprised walking in to how clean it was! It was not made Myrtle so it was very quiet and enjoyable. William is a great host. He reached out to us when a storm passed to make sure everything was OK. The place comes fully stocked with everything you can think of. We will be returning !!

My wife and I spent our Anniversary here. Alexandra communicated well, well worth the money, we had an awesome stay! Located in beautiful Holiday Hills. Condo is beautiful and was well supplied and equipped if you forgot something. The rental was clean and well kept. Location was quiet at night and within 10 minutes of nearly anything we needed. We would certainly come again!

Colleen from start to finish was extremely professional and responsive to any and all questions I had both prior to arrival and during our stay. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone trying to get away and just relax. The private pools with gate codes added a level of comfort and made you feel right at home. The listing is in a perfect location with tons of things to do right on the property. The beach was perfect, shockingly it wasn't crowded for how amazing the weather was and there are chairs available to use. We couldn't have been happier with our trip and certainly look to come back in the years to come. Colleen definitely has a perfect location for all. We love Big Cedar and the lodge rooms! No complaints. It’s so relaxing having the shuttles to drive you around and there is so much to do from mini golf to multiple pools to fun mountain. The perfect family vacation.

This unit was beautiful, sat right on the ocean. Woke up to the sunset every morning. It was close to everything, clean, everyone was nice. It was perfect. Only thing is that it does show a picture of a couch on the listing but it does not have a couch in unit.
