We enjoyed our stay. House was as described & was stocked well. Our only disappointment was in the containers/tops lacking in kitchen. Sleeping was perfect for our crew. We loved the lower level & outside seating— great outside access for our large group. We did wish there could have been some flexibility on check-in without fee but we understood. Kitchen was stocked well and house was decorated nicely. We did however find the temperatures of house to be very hot upon arrival and it took a while to cool off. Fridge was broken when we arrived(caught next day), it did throw a wrench in things for us (some food was unsafe to consume) but the matter was handled quickly & we appreciated the speedy fix and accommodations in the meantime. Very responsive host who remediated the situation and was apologetic throughout. Couldn’t have been handled any better. Easy to get to beach & instructions for house, beach accesss & everything else. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a RESET.

A lovely place to stay! We enjoyed learning about the history of the home, replete with local arts and crafts and even a drum that our two year old loved to play. The hummingbird nest just outside completed the experience. I'm so grateful that we had a chance to stay in Laura's place - would certainly repeat the visit!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Lisa’s in St. Augustine! The location was unbeatable - barely a five minute walk to the beach, with a taco stand and brewery at each corner and lots of amazing walkable places nearby (Kookaburra Coffee and Island Donuts to name a few)! It was barely fifteen minutes to downtown St. Augustine as well. The Airbnb itself was easy to find and had a parking spot. The space was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with an outdoor shower and dog run - it took all the stress out of traveling with dogs! We truly had the best time; my only regret is that I wish we had gotten enough time off work to stay longer! Lisa even allowed us a complimentary late checkout to enjoy more time at the beach. If you are traveling with dogs and looking for a simple, cozy, convenient place to escape to the ocean and historic St. Augustine, this is the place! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful and huge — so much space and the many beds and bathrooms (plus two kitchens!) very comfortably accommodated our big family gathering. Loved the piano, and indoor amenities such as the pool table and theater/stage kept everyone busy. Host was very gracious and helpful, and the discounted rate due to last-minute availability was reasonable and fortunate for our large group, as the location we’d booked several months earlier cancelled only 2 days before our intended arrival due to a house fire. Lovely stay!

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The house is unique and conveniently situated for a variety of activities (hiking, wineries, etc.). It's a labor of love and it shows in every thoughtful detail. It was also extremely clean and hospitable, with tons of well labeled light switches.

We had such an amazing and relaxing time! The host was super friendly and responsive. Ethan, made sure everything was perfect during our stay. The place is full of animals — we saw kangaroos, llamas, and many more up close! The kids had a blast. We went kayaking, fishing, fed the animals, and watched a beautiful sunset by the water. It was the perfect family getaway peaceful, fun, and full of nature. Highly recommend!

Lorene was an amazing host. The house is beautiful and SO clean, well designed, well stocked. With three little kids we very much enjoyed how free of clutter it was. This house was so easy to stay in comfortably- we were not worried about the kids breaking anything or getting into things. The porch and dock were incredible. Such a quiet, peaceful area of the lake. We want to come back and stay longer!

We stayed here for a week to celebrate my son’s 5th birthday and had a great time! The house felt clean, new, and fit two large vehicles plus a six-seater golf cart we rented. The host was very responsive and friendly, which we appreciated. A few things to note: no beach gear is provided (chairs, toys, umbrellas), so bring your own. There was a minor issue with the golf cart being taken during our rental period for registration, which wasn’t ideal, but the host resolved it with a refund. Also, there are several exterior cameras—understandable for security, but a bit much for our taste. If you like to cook, be aware the kitchen has only the basics—no oven mitts, measuring cups, or cheese grater. The grill on the porch was a highlight, though! Overall, a lovely stay. We’d return, just with better packing and prep next time. Thanks so much!!

Great very homey place to stay very clean exactly like the pictures fishing pier is a little bit away from the place but that is the only gripe I can make of this place would 100% stay there again great price, very quiet location away from everything, and the host herself is very responsive answered every question I could have in a very timely and respectful manner made my first time using Air B&B a pleasant experience!

We had a wonderful stay. My daughter left her electronics behind during check out and Thomas responded immediately and went above and beyond to help her get her items back.

The house was well-appointed, cute and comfy. The location leaves you within a couple of blocks of the beach, a fancy rooftop bar or your local dive bar. We walked to Island Bike Rental and tooled around on bikes for a day. Just a really easy, lovely stay.

We had the best time on our first vacation as a family of four! Lauren and Jen’s place was not only an extremely convenient location to the pool and beach, but the carriage house was very clean and comfortable. We loved piling up in the king bed for cozy naps with our littles. All the extra amenities were such a nice touch, including the beach towels and chairs available to use. The hosts were also extremely communicative and answered questions promptly. Jen even went above and beyond when she had a Walmart delivery sent to the house that included film so that we could use the Instant Polaroid camera. The access to a high chair was also a very appreciated touch. Thank you, Lauren and Jen for a wonderful stay!

Had a lovely few days, visiting civil war sites and Nashville. It was so peaceful after the noise of Nashville. Very well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Has a private valentines getaway and it was perfect! The house is very cute and looks even better than the photos! It snowed while we were there and it looked amazing. Restaurants are about 10-20 minutes away so plan accordingly. We went to Kimu and it was delicious. The home is very cozy and perfect for 2-4 people.

Lan was a great host. Very helpful and accommodating. House was as described in listing, and clean. It was close to everything, but also gave that peaceful private feel.

This place is a hidden gem! Truly enjoyed my birthday weekend. Close to everything. Really enjoyed the turtles and fish in pond. Very relaxing weekend. Thank you!

This little house is in a fantastic cove and has a great dock with plenty to do. Walking distance to a great little bar. Super clean with plenty of beds to sleep on. Julie was awesome and super responsive to any questions we had!

We were looking for a house large and comfortable enough for 7 adults and 4 children. This was exactly that. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels in each bathroom. Our 3 young granddaughters loved the girls room. Elevator was essential for luggage and groceries. Proximity to the beach was perfect and right across the street from a pool. No need to bring toys for the beach - there are plenty in the garage. Grandkids loved golf cart rides. We had an issue with the clothes dryer but Dana was right on top of getting the issue resolved. Great place - Great host. Would recommend for a large family or group.
