Farm glamping close to the Swanage coast (1 of 5)

JeromeRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Had a wonderful stay in beautiful surroundings. The tent was ingenious and the stove was absolutely amazing - pumping out heat. Perfect for access to the coast and walks. Would love to come again, perhaps with other families. We were the only people there and it was magically quiet (although the owls were not, but we liked that!)

Belle Glamping hot tub whole site sleeps 16+

SatyaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Completely idyllic stay. Jaani was an incredible host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. We had a delicious Sri Lankan meal cooked by her on one night, a birthday cake that was universally loved by 18 people, and she even arranged us a yoga class while we were there. Instructions on wood and bathroom etc were clear, beds were comfy and clean, hot tub was lovely. Everyone we were there with talked about what a gem this Airbnb experience is. Plus, the surroundings and stars are beautiful. Whether you are hiking, chilling by the fire, cooking pizza, BBQing, lying in the hammock or chilling in the static caravan, it’s heavenly. Jaani even surprised us with a happy birthday musical gift 💝 and Lulu the dog also made it perfect! Incredible venue and incredible host.

Our stay with Natasha & Jono was absolutely wonderful- it is incredible accommodation with comfy beds and great facilities and a bonus that it's so child and dog friendly- loved having my morning coffee with a view of the Tor! The accommodation is in a great location with only a short drive to Glastonbury or Wells and we were able to arrange for a shopping delivery on the first night which saved us having to bring everything with us, the food delivery found us with no problems. Big Shout out to Vanessa for all her help throughout the stay and for being so welcoming to the children.

Beautiful yurt 2 on a secluded, coastal site

JordanaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had a great time at Mill Haven Place - we stayed in the sunset yurt with our two kids and it was perfect. The woodburner in the yurt made it really cosy and the covered outdoor kitchenette was great for meal prep. The pitches are well spaced out and the design with the trees makes it feel private yet spacious. We would definitely recommend!

Great little peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the sounds of nature with many different bird sounds and a tranquil sound of soft running water from the ponds nearby. Clear skies at night and surprisingly cosy and warm in the tent once the sun goes down. Would definitely recommend to those that want to get away from the hustle and bustle and recharge.

Just the two of you!

AliRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Claire and Martin were such lovely, friendly people. It was fantastic to meet them and their rescue pups! Our stay was perfect, it was a beautiful, secluded, quiet spot with everything we needed, including fresh eggs and a warm welcome. Coming in mid September was a gamble with the weather, but thick duvets, extra blankets and firewood were all provided. We took our two dogs who had a fantastic time in the completely enclosed campsite, plus access to the enormous enclosed field and walk down to the river. All perfect and we can’t wait to visit again!

Meadow View Bell Tent

EmmaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a fantastic stay at Sophie’s peaceful glamping place. With only four holiday lets, it felt beautifully quiet and relaxing. The fishing was a real highlight, my husband caught 50+ fish in three days, including a personal best of 16lb carp. We loved the beautiful bell tent, it was already set up, and spotlessly clean, with comfy beds, duvets, pillows, and all bedding and towels provided. The facilities block was clean and smart and the showers were warm. West Bay and the Eype–Seatown coastal walk was beautiful with stunning views. A few small touches would have made it even better: towel hooks by the sinks for teeth brushing, an extra pillow per person, slightly larger towels, a bench in both showers and some non-metal crockery for the microwave. But overall, this was one of the most peaceful, enjoyable breaks ever. We came home feeling rested and happy, wishing we could have stayed longer. We’d recommend it and we hope to return with friends in the summer.

Riverside meadow bell tent glamping (Dragon fly)

NatashaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We have just stayed two nights and we have been really happy with our experience. Tent provides usb charge ports for phones etc and you’ll want them charged to take so many pictures of the beautiful scenery. Fire wood was left at the top by the car park each day at a £5 cost on top if you needed it. Location is spot on to so close to alot of attractions. All amenities are provided for cutlery, cups, wine glasses pots and pans. The mini fridge is bigger than I expected and was pleasantly surprised. Tesco and a Lidil are a 13 minute drive away. The evenings were well light up path wise as toilets are a small walk from the tent. Overall we really enjoyed and have recommended to friends already and would definitely return again. Natasha

Wild Woodland Glamp!

StuartRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Short one night stay after a day walking in the hills. With Marc's clear instructions we found the place easily even in the dark, walking through snow, whilst being rained on! We stayed in the larger of the two tent options as our first choice of the smaller tent wasn't available. This turned out to be great luck, as the wood burner was very welcome at the end of a very wet and cold day! Great tent, with indoor wood burner, outdoor toilet, shower and kitchen. Great location, highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

Cepheus Bell Tent - private bathroom & kitchen

VictoriaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We stayed for three night with our 8 year old daughter. We absolutely loved our break. It was the longest our daughter spent without a device without her even realising. We spent two days on Tenby beach and the evenings cooking dinner, making a fire and warming marshmallows to male smores. Lovely family time.

Kingfisher - Lakeside Glamping

This is by far the nicest site i have ever stayed at, everything is very well maintained and the effort doesnt go unnoticed. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel at home. We arrived early and although the tent wasnt ready we could still drop some of our stuff off which was really helpful as the car was full! The tent itself was so cosy and welcoming, the grounds are beautiful and the toilets and showers are the cleanest i have ever seen at an off grid campsite. We will definitely be back next year for a longer stay. Thank you so much for having us. 😊

We had such a relaxing and peaceful trip — the surroundings were beautiful and really helped us unwind. The space was perfect for families; our kids absolutely loved having the freedom to run around and play safely outdoors. It felt like a proper escape from the everyday rush. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making it welcoming. Absolutely beautiful setting! Caren was lovely and very helpful. I was a bit worried about not sleeping well in a tent, but the beds were so comfortable we all sleep like a dream. She provided us with lots of clean blankets in case it got cold. The area is beautiful and peaceful, the stars were stunning on the clearer night of the 2 we stayed. I’d 100% stay again 😄
