Was a lovely hotel. Walkable distance to the shops and near a road full of restaurants and bars. A lovely bar within the hotel and breakfast was included ! :)

We have just got home from a lovely stay at the deer farm, we stayed stable No 7 which was really lovely, comfortable bed and the amenities were really good. we met our host heather she was really lovely, my favourite bit of our stay was at the deer farm was seeing the Deer!! she also had alpacas and horses as well. so peaceful and just a really lovely place to stay! we went to the games expo at the NEC so was really convient for us. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay at Matt’s place in Newquay! From start to finish, Matt was a wonderful host—always responsive, super friendly, and full of great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. His place was not only spotless but also aesthetically pleasing and truly spectacular. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, and the overall vibe was welcoming and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Cornwall!

It was a lovely place to stay and the perfect place for the Southampton marathon weekend!

Daniel was very accomodating. The stay on the farm with all the new lambs was lovely. The breakfast was very delicious. The room was clean and well appointed.

From the moment we booked Jacqueline gave us a phone call to check in with us and introduce herself ahead of our travel and check in. We experienced heavy traffic on the way down and Jacqueline was so helpful whilst we kept her updated and even stayed up late until we arrived. On top of this she still went out of her way to get us some lovely banana cake and a beer. The rest of the weekend we got left to it but always knew where to go if we needed anything. Coming and going from the property was very easy. Lovely walking distance from beaches and town. Parking can be a little difficult but there are lots of surrounding streets to park on all within walking distance to the property. On check out morning it was super easy too and once again Jacqueline was so lovely. Lovely place to stay and when we return to Newquay we would definitely stay again. Thank you ❤️

Great value - very clean, and great amenities. Very quiet which was unexpected as it was full up for a festival in the town. Breakfast eas even provided free of charge. Will definitely come back.

Very nice place conveniently located to the beach. Room was as expected and was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Advice for future renters: it is located inside St Michael's Resort in Falmouth. Not sure if Clare is a manager at the resort or not but we didn't get a lot of communication leading up to our arrival. When I went to the front desk, they were expecting us and everything was smooth thereafter. There is not a lot of parking at the Resort so you may have to park on the street.

Lovely stay at Burleigh Court. A beautiful Manor House with great areas to relax. Really enjoyed the Wellness Spa too. Food is excellent too, I would recommend! Corinna was also a great host, communicated well and was really helpful with my payment issues! Thank you

Such lovely people who work there really enjoyed the stay the area around it was lush and the hotel itself was so beautiful definitely recommend staying there especially with there lovely pool and hot tub !!

Beautiful grounds and great field for the dog to run around in and it was fabulous that we got a little upgrade with the private patio. Brilliant team who are very responsive & we could charge our car too. great location only a short drive from woolacombe Beach and Saunton Sands. The pool & gym are a little run down but that didn't distract from the stay.

Had an incredible welcoming atmosphere farm shop was lovely staff were amazing! Rooms were cozy and clean and there was plenty of things to do on site and had recommendations for things to do in the surrounding areas

Our stay at Debbie's was amazing. The room was exactly what we needed and it felt like home. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or the hot tub due to the weather, but I bet it would be great. Definitely recommending to visit her!

Ahmed was very hospitable, kind and hellpful. The room was spacious, clean and very secure. I will definitely use his service again in the future. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Honestly I think this was the best Air b&b stay I’ve ever had!!! Even out done some fancy hotels I’ve been to. Angharad is a wonderful, kind and welcoming host. The room was 10/10 in every category. Clean, comfortable, peaceful. The attention to detail was remarkable, all the extra bits in the room was much appreciated, mini fridge with lemonade, water, milk. Fresh muffins, fresh fruit. The morning breakfast- Just WOW. Im a big eggs Benedict fan, angharads was the best I’ve had. Every bite was divine. I will be returning in the near future for sure. What was a random night away and short notice booking turned out to be a peacefully comfortable night away, just what I needed.

We loved our stay. Fantastic accommodation for the family. The vibe of the rooms were so cool. Loads to do. The restaurant was amazing. Definitely want to come back again!

Angela and Kevin are the most friendly and welcoming hosts. Their hotel is a proper gem, such a peaceful place in beautiful surroundings. There's so much history to this cosy hotel! But really it was the two of them that make it, their warm and personable demeanour's make you feel so welcomed! The home cooked meal was super tasty too! We will stay again if ever in the area in the future- thank you very much!

This place was perfect for the two nights I stayed. I was able to relax and recharge as well as explore the coastal paths. Man sands was a favourite of mine; with the nature reserve. I trekked further to Colton Fishacre and Kingswear. It was great to have a cosy base to come back to. Lesley was so welcoming and very helpful when I had questions. She also provided extras like cereal and bread for breakfast which was a bonus. I loved waking up to hear the dawn chorus and sitting outside with a cuppa; at the outdoor table; surrounded by the colourful potted plants and trees. It was very tranquil. The decor of room was just up my street being nature themed and it a quirky, vibe too. The bed was very comfortable and the shower felt luxurious! I didn't want to leave. I'd definitely stay again! ☺️

absolutely love this apartment with the balcony/terrace area. lovely view of the town and river. the apartment is really spacious and filled with plenty of light. looking forward to staying again

Michèle welcomed us with open arms and immediately made us feel comfortable. After settling into the room, we had great restaurant addresses that we were able to discover during our stay. At breakfast we were able to sympathize with the other guests. Interesting exchanges during which Michèle made the perfect connection between us all.
